Très bien, excellente communication avec la personne en charge ! Le canapé et le lit sont par contre pas vraiment confortable ( plutôt raide) heureusement que Valencia est une magnifique ville à visiter et qu'il y a beaucoup de restaurants à découvrir et donc au final peut de temps passer à l'appartement

El lugar es céntrico, pero está muy encerrado, nada de luz ni ventilación, la comunicación muy tajante con los administradores y pues no habían muchas amenidades.

Belle opportunité d'être au centre de la ville, à proximité des sites à visiter. Disponibilité du personnel lorsqu'un occupant voisin avait oublié son code.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment in excellent condition and superb location. Very grateful, would recommend to friends and stay again.

Perfect location!!! We were in Valencia for 2 nights doing straight tourist things and Downtown 13 was perfect, huge room, comfortable bed and absolute ideal location to walk to all the things, it worked beauty for us. Greatly appreciate the office holding bags and the ease of check in, check out. There was noise from the street, especially Saturday night, but that is what we were there for so didn’t bother us! Highly recommend!

Was Wonderful n within walking distance to everything n its security

The room was nice and comfortable but the WIFI did not work well - many times not at all - and I was not able to get my work done there. I picked the room because it seemed like it would be a good place to stay and get caught up on work at night. But that was not the case. I complained about the WIFI two times and the importance for me in getting my work done but they never responded or did anything to make it better.

The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood. Easily walkable to many areas. It was fairly clean inside, although the hallways and elevator regularly smelled like rotting garbage. We were really disappointed in the communications, however. I messaged both through Expedia and through the WhatsApp they sent to communicate with. I asked if it was going to be an issue getting a taxi at 3am for the airport. I messaged them four days before the end of our trip - and never heard back. When we stopped by their office to speak to someone, I was told to WhatsApp them. I confirmed that I had - and he said he would message us about the taxi the next day. The day before we left we still didn’t receive any communication from them, so we ended up checking out early in order to find a hotel closer to the airport. We travel often and are fairly forgiving when it comes to accomodations, but unfortunately this place had a few issues that we weren’t as comfortable with.

Often AirB&B have Ikea furniture which are quite comfortable. While this place was not an AirB&B, but a 'hotel', i would have expected at least Ikea comfort level (bed, seats, sofa). Sad surprise. A couple of coffee capsules to get started would have been welcome too.

The apartment is ok in dimension amenities and accessories....problem is that all windows are ground floor facing to main street. Privacy is granted by satin window glass and indoor shutters but it is super noisy...it is like sleeping in the street.

Firstly, the communication was not via expedia intially. This is an issue as i was asked to upload sensitive details from an initial communication on whatsapp with no sign of invoice or booking number. Please make sure that your initial contact is via Expedia or I will not answer - it is too much of a security risk. Secondly - there was no communication with regards to the electrical system. The whole power shorted out at 12am at night, and we didnt know why. Thank goodness the accomodation managers were able to let me know how to fix it, but if we had known, we would have avoided this issue. Thirdly - the hot water is limited. Dont take three showers in a row, unless you are in there for a short time only. Fourthly- the jettle needs descaling. It is caked up inside, and could be cleaned. Good points: has a clean washing machine. Also, the dryer is not an electrical dryer - it is a drying rack and should be specified as such.

L'emplacement très pratique. Plein de commerces et restaurants autour.

Esperienza negativa..appartamento sporco e datato! Scaldabagno pochi litri che si riusciva a fare solo una doccia e poi bisognava aspettare che si riscaldasse l’acqua..bagno a dir poco vergognoso senza finestra e senza aeratore (o meglio c’era ma non funzionante) ho chiesto che mi cambiassero appartamento e per fortuna lo hanno fatto..bagno leggermente più decoroso ma sempre senza areazione. Onestamente di buono ha la posizione per il resto non mi sento di consigliarlo

Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed.

Muy bien ubicado. Los servicios que se prestan son adecuados aunque solo con television local faltaria algun servicio de streaming.

Very well situated and close to everything. I recommand.
