超棒的體驗，隔了三十年再來，還是一樣的感動！

This is my first time live in hot spring hotel. It is pretty good though. Since it was their scheduled closing day, I couldn't leave my luggage there.

酒店設計非常老舊，唯一可勝地方糸有私人溫泉，樓下唯一一個溫泉商店都結業，包早晚餐份量少

객실 등 다 좋았는데 직원의 친절함은 다소 부족

직원이 친절하고 음식들이 훌륭했어요. 너무 과하지 않게 나와서 좋았습니다. 특히나 역이랑 가까워서 택시타고 힘든 환경에서 좋았고 걸어서 긴린코 호수나 전화가 미술관 다 돌아볼수 있어서 위치가 정말 좋아요. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶어요. 대욕탕도 너무 좋았어요.

깨끗한 객실 조용한 분위기

Hotel is located to the right of Yufuin station. Takes about 5-10 mins walk. Hotel lobby has good ambience. Room was adequately big and well placed. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Ryokan style mattress which was too thin to sleep on. Staff will setup before bedtime. Care to ask if extra pillows are chargeable. Room amenities were standard Japanese. Need to be ready to check out at 10am sharp as cleaners are at your door.

第二次入住, 還會再來 停車便利：提供充足的停車空間，對於自駕旅遊者非常友善。 缺點與建議： 設備老化：客房內靠窗的和室地板在走動時會發出較大的木板摩擦聲，影響靜謐感。 浴場維護不佳：大浴場霧氣過重，天花板凝結水滴會滴落。桑拿室處於關閉狀態，十分可惜。

スタッフが親切丁寧で、露天風呂が充実してます。お部屋も綺麗で由布岳が正面に見える気持ちいいお部屋でした。

유후인역에서 걸어서 10분정도면 도착하는 거리고 주변이 조용해서 좋습니다 가끔 기차가 지나가는 소리가 나는데 그것또한 낭만적입니다 객실은 생각보다 넓었으며 이불도 다 깔아놔주시고 이불과 베개가 너무 편했습니다 대욕탕과 노천탕 또한 만족스러웠고 가이세키 요리도 매우 만족스러웠습니다 다음에 또 방문하도록 하겠습니다

We were disappointed that the gift shop closed down. Garden looked like it needed some attention.

아주 좋습니다. 아침에 부는 차가운 바람도 외부 대욕장에있으면 기분이 좋아집니다. 주변이 조용해서 힐링하기 좋습니다. 숙소 방도 깨끗하게 관리되며 샤워실과 화장실이 분리 되있어 편했네요
