Todos en el edificio fueron muy amables y colaboradores, tenía una conexión de 12 horas en Santiago e iba con 2 niños estaba muy estresada pensando en cómo hacer check in a las 6 am pero ellos organizaron todo y me permitieron la entrada antes y pude descansar con mi familia tranquilamente, el sector es tranquilo y fácilmente caminando puedes encontrar restaurantes y lugares de interés. Me hospedaría allí mil veces más si fuera necesario.

O check in foi meio turbulento/demorado e o acesso ao estacionamento é meio desgastante, por conta da distância e a da comunicação com a recepção do estabelecimento. Tivemos uns probleminhas com a limpeza do quarto, mas rapidamente isso foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel. Localização excelente. Custo-benefício nem se fala........ Quartos espaçosos e cozinha condizente, que abrigou bem uma família de 06 pessoas.

Helt greit. Ikke helt fornøyd med rengjøringen og savnet veldig varme på badet, siden vi var der i vintersesongen. Bare en liten varmeovn til å varme opp hele leiligheten. Kommuniserte på spansk via WhatsApp. Bestilte der også transport til og fra flyplassen.

The listing includes soundproofing, rainfall shower head, premium bedding and certain kitchen appliances, and none of those were true. I’m not sure the sheets were even clean when I got there and the units are definitely not even close to soundproof. The location was decent.

1) Family with small mobile kids should not stay here, it is quite unsafe. Stairs have no railing and windows can be open with no safe railing so they could possibly climb and fall off. HEAVY SUPERVISION IS A MUST. 2) The pool cost money to use and has to reserved ahead of time. 3) No Toilet paper (ask for more but no response), or shampoo or soap. Only hand washing soap are available. 4) Place is dirty and kinda falling apart. PROS: We arrived early and they were very accommodating

The communication around check in was poor. The studio wasn’t clean. There were missing light bulbs. The refrigerator is a pocket size. The kitchenette is definitely not a full kitchen. There is no air conditioning so we needed to keep the window open, but it was too noisy at night. Too much noise and cigarette smoking around so the smoke was always in our studio. Would not label these “VIP” apartments at all. The only positive was the location. We would not stay there again.

There is no coffee maker although it was listed in the amenities; shower is in disrepair the widget switching to shower is broken in one bathroom; TV is not working because cable box needs repair.

The room was large and comfortable, and it had a kitchen with cooking utensils. The building is located in the central area of ​​Santiago. The reception staff at the building weren't very friendly, but that didn't spoil the experience.

The apartment was extremely dirty: windows, floors, and the kitchen. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, both among the dishes and on the floor. It was difficult to tell whether the bed linen was fresh. The place urgently needs a very thorough cleaning. Host responsive, location ok
