Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites TOLEDO WEST, an IHG Hotel

We had only a one night stay. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm at 80 degrees and the room thermostat did nothing. in the morning we discovered a water leak coming from the base of the bathroom wall when the shower was used. It drenched the entire entryway and about 4 feet of carpet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious! I would definitely recommend it.

Room was not ready at 3. Room had stains everywhere including bed frame, blinds and walls. Breakfast was until 10 but at 8:30 staff refused to fill things up and said she didn’t feel like it. Staff were lazy

The front desk clerk was very unfriendly. There wasn’t any towels by the pool, getting sheets for the pullout couch seemed like an inconvenience to the front desk clerk. The bed had dirt areas on it as soon as we got there

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful and relaxing. Friendly staff, clean room and plenty of local establishments close by for entertainment and dining options.

We could not get our room serviced or fresh towels. When asked, they claimed to not have any available. The window shade was broken which caused the maintenance people to be in the room with me and my family for nearly an hour after we had traveled for hours and were very exhausted. The toilet paper holder was broken and inconvenient. There were scuff marks all over the walls. On our final day, we were checking out at 4:30am. My husband pulled the car around and was subsequently locked outside in the freezing cold for 15 minutes due to the front desk attendant being unavailable and presumably asleep unable to hear the bell ringing. He had a room key, but it was not working.

This was a great hotel, but the only complaint i had was they ran out of clean towels.

Each time we stay here pool is closed?? Also staff isn't too friendly. Had fire alarm happen during our stay; we were only ones using steps-no staff on each floor to assist guests-no staff at front entrance--didn't feel safe.

Fire alarm sounded and required to exit in early morning - false alarm.

The hotel website did not list that the pool was down for repair. Being able to swim in the pool was the reason I chose to book this hotel. Not happy with the website not being updated to reflect the pool was down. I even checked the hotel's website after checking in and it didn't say the pool was down. I went to the hotel's actual site to review before booking.

Convience close to interstate

The bathroom smelled of smoke, the tub was plugged and the tv did not have the channels the guide showed.
