This boutique hotel is perfectly positioned right on the old Venetian harbour. The breakfast was great, but don’t make the mistake we did. We were used to having unlimited coffee at our place in Athens, but when we ordered a second cappuccino we were charged over €5 each for them. No one explained that we would be charged, but it wasn’t a big deal. Just something to be aware of. We had room V (5) and although it overlooked the little, inner courtyard, it suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was also spotless, and updated, with plenty of hot water. The staff were all amazing as well. The young lady serving breakfast, was so sweet, as was Eva, the manager. When I explained we wouldn’t be having breakfast the next day, as we were leaving early to hike the Samaria Gorge, she offered to pack us a lunch to go. Yogourt, apples, bananas, pears and sandwiches. So thoughtful, and very much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed the food on our hike, the perfect thing! Sklavenitis is a short walk away, past the old moat, as is the KTel bus station. Such a convenient location. Stay here, and enjoy your time in Chania. You won’t regret it.

Very beautiful boutique hotel with 8 rooms. Hotel manager Eva is so kind and hospitable. She was a wonderful resource. Includes breakfast is delicious and made to order. Location ideal in Chania harbor.

The staff were very helpful with providing directions and arranging transportation. The location was perfect, close to all of the shops and restaurants.

WE have stayed there twice. It is an amazing place to stay.

This is a great and historical property. The house keeper lady (Marina) is very nice lady and the manager is a very knowledgeable and helpful lady. I will recommend to everyone and if I have a chance I will come back to this hotel again. Thank you for everything

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was lively and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Old Town Chania and Neo Chora beach.

I have nothing bad to say. The location is stunning and the room was fantastic with it's view. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delightful. Looking forward to booking it again for next year.

Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best. Secondly, to not offer top up of nespresso pods / tea bags and water on a longer stay felt like penny pinching - presumably if new people had been arriving daily they would have received them ? Small things in the scheme of things - more feedback for the hotel group than a reason not to book!

Vi bodde i rummet med balkong som låg längst upp. Utsikten var helt fantastisk! Rummet var fint, rent med högt till tak. Frukosten var utmärkt och man kunde välja på många goda alternativ. Vi fick hjälp med allt vi behövde – allt från taxi från flygplatsen till frukost på vår balkong sista morgonen. Jag rekommenderar boendet utan tvekan, men ett par saker kan vara bra att känna till. Det finns ingen hiss och det är rätt många trappsteg upp på branta trappor till våningen längst upp. Om man har svårt att gå i trappor kan detta vara ett problem. Det är också rätt mycket liv i den gamla venetianska hamnen på helgen och vi hörde livemusik från olika håll in på rummet tills ganska sent på natten. Men som sagt, över lag rekommenderar jag detta hotell varmt! Fantastiskt 👏

How amazing is this property! Nothing is less than perfect. The wonderful staff, the wonderful Eva and the staff who served us breakfast. Speaking of breakfast- wonderful selection and quality. Eva was so attentive, friendly and helpful Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful views from our balcony. Just magical and picturesque I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chania A++++

Yes, the menu offered a variety of fresh plates every day, along with tea and choices of coffee. We are travellers from Canada and we were made very welcome. Surrounding the area there are many cafes offering a large variety of lunch and dinner menus and the area is very pleasant to walk. The room we had was very spacious , the bed very comfortable and the bathroom offered an excellent shower with lots of hot water
