Unprofessional staff on front desk and no hot water in the room

My stay at Motel 6 was great overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved that it’s pet-friendly. The only downside was that the pool was closed, even though the website said it was open. If something is advertised as part of the stay, it should be available. Still, it was a good experience and I’d stay here again.

Check in was outstanding. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It could have used a stuff cloth chair or a small table with two chairs. We did not stay the whole evening. My husband was already upset with the night des k person because there was NO HOT WATER and when he wanted to know about when it'll get fixed and night desk shrugged his shoulders At 930pm, little Mexico took over the joint with loud meroach imusic. Especially above us. My husband was DONE. He went to check out and met with the same indifference as with the water. The day manager/ front desk woman was great

Didn’t like the trains so close tv didn’t work,

It was disappointing that the pool was closed. The key card door lock needs work. Very friendly people at the check in/out counter. Everything was clean.

Was very displeased and asked for a full refund.

Clean and affordable

Train tracks right out the back of the motel, bad neighborhood, homeless camps out back by traintrack, bathroom window didn't shut, dirty walls, paint missing on bathroom wall.

Booked 2 rooms a month in advance and sadly show up to them being overbooked and switching our rooms around. Rooms also smelt very bad.

There is nothing fancy about this place but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Don't need much more than that.

Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of bizarre activity. The room was clean, but smelled like mildew. The first room they tried to give me had a broken door that was super hard to open
