Better than expected easy access quiet, basic but comfortable.Breakfast options were ok and it's just across the road from Tesco and various other shops.

A stay to meet friends and go out with them. Accommodation needed just for a place to stay.

Budget. But dis get a good sleep. Paper cups in the room, didn't explore what tea or coffee was around. Breakfast was plentiful continental.

Clean room and helpful staff. The bathroom light switch was faulty but not a major issue. Quite noisy at night if you have your window opened.

Average room. Toilet felt like it was in an airing cupboard and gets incredibly warm even if only in there for a minute.

Staff was great. Breakfast was included in listing but they tried to charge us when we went to eat. Had to show them my booking to get it included. Had to have window open and the surrounding streets are noisy all night long. Room was very small for 3 people. I would recommend 2 people or less for the room size. Price was good for room size.

Very poor attitude towards customers. They made a mistake with my booking and simply refused to acknowledge their mistake. The rooms are small and generally dirty. Much better options available within Portsmouth.

Busy noisy area but served its purpose

In a good area for getting around Portsmouth. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the shower door wouldn't stay closed and not enough space for hanging your clothes up.

It’s a good and clean place

A/C was not working in one of the rooms (101), no room for luggage storage so charged for an unnecessary early check in that we didn’t need, key cards were not working correctly for one of the rooms we booked. Staff were friendly

Kettle available to brew a cuppa. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Lift! Very handy to supermarkets and fadt food outlets. Very vocal and loud pedestrian traffic for several hours early in the morning. Quite audible even with window closed.

Was not warned about the roadworks being done outside the hotel from 8pm to 5am. Barely slept all night.

Hôtel bien situé pour départ du port de commerce de Portsmouth (Ferries), seulement 10mn. Surprise d’avoir le parking sur zone non sécurisée (Parking magasin B&Q)
