I was woken at 1.30am by loud music playing from another guest. I had to look up the hotel reception number on my phone as not printed on room card wallet or displayed in room. It was dealt with quickly however on hearing the conversation it was as if it was not the first time it had happened. If that was the case why put me in a room next to a potential problem especially as I was on my own with two dogs

Like a Glorified hostel! Very very basic. I know it’s budget but you can get a lot better budget alternatives for the money I paid. No kettle in the rooms! You have to go down to the reception in the list just to have a coffee in the morning! The room was very basic and cold, the heater provided was rubbish and barely pumped out any heat, I was freezing all night. I couldnt wait to leave to be honest. Also they charge £5 parking charge upon arrival! I won’t be staying again, definitely would not recommend.

This review is to correct a recent review of 24/09 incorrectly stating 2* due to a hotels.com app issue. Both this stay and that were 5* and should be corrected by hotels.com. Great stay, great staff and service. Clean and comfortable as always
