Great value, excellent staff

Got parked right outside, check in was easy and staff were friendly, room had everything I needed for my overnight stop and was clean, Thank you.

Was basic but clean. Plenty of room and all amenities close by. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help

I liked the location as that was where we needed to be. The hotel is filthy and should be condemned.

The room was big with good facilities, just one critism, more pillows as one is not enough. Staff very helpful and good secure parking. Plenty eating places and central to motorway north and south. Would recommend.

Comfortable, functional and value for money.

The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. We would be happy to stay again.

The hotel was good for what we needed clean and tidy not having to pay for parking was also a bonus would definitely stay again for or next trip to Manchester Airport.

This is the third time staying here… mainly only stay here because of its location. And if you can get it for a good price, On this visit, there was a kettle but no cups or tea coffee making facilities. Beds are hit and miss if you get a comfortable one. The ground floor room near reception are noisy, with people coming and going all night, generally tired place that needs investment. Check in/out quick and straight forward. Staff friendly enough. Good facilities near by.

Something in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor. There was a miscellaneous pill under the bed, and the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable, but a cheap room and friendly night staff when we arrived late!

Pet friendly. clean room, with large parking area. it’s at convenient location on M6. Acceptable price and condition, but lack of facilities and amenities. It would be better if noise reduction for doors. pillow and mattress are more comfortable one.

No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! Also found 2 large stains that looked suspiciously like blood on it. Only good thing was we got free parking when registering our car. Man on reception was friendly

Staff were amazing, parking convenient. Room was dirty, oily hand prints on the walls. Water was a yellowish colour. Couldn't drink the water. We had a family room, we were upstairs but asked to move downstairs as I have disabilities. My grandson was with us. We had to sleep in the same bed as the sofa bed was not sleepable. Springs were protruding and hurt. Easy accessible to amenities. Will not be going back.

Room was filthy, dirt on floor. Towels were dirty. No staff around to complain too. No coffee or tea in room either! Definitely not family friendly. I was staying alone and would not recommend
