The room was great, and the staff of the hotel very kind and nice, I strongly recommend !

The manager and staff did an excellent job of assisting me in relation to my luggage being delayed upon arrival in Beirut. I was on my way to Syria and not having my luggage was a major problem but i extend my utmost compliments to Raghid, the manager for his assistance.

It’s a semi-decent place for the price except for the breakfast. The breakfast is so terrible that it will cause you to lose the will to live.

This was my another stay at Gems Beirut. I like Hamra location and always enjoy the hotel is located in the heart of that district. There are many restaurants bars and shops around making this hotel a good spot.I needed to amend slightly my reservation and the hotel staff was very much helpful and friendly to address my issue. It was my second stay at the Gems in Beirut. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist with any cases. I received a specious room which was great and everything was ready for me even though I arrived a little bit earlier. The hotel has great location, the AC works very well as well as Wi-Fi which is important. I highly recommend this property while visiting Beirut.

Bathrooms need to cleaner and mould removed from shower and basin area and there were holes in the bed linen. The hotel also needs to invest in friendlier staff at the front desk -the staff there very dry and un welcoming

Great place in the centre of Hamra district. Very well kept hotel. Spacious room with sitting area and kitchenette. Comfortable bed but the pillows could be better. Clean bathroom with bidet. Kitchenette has electric kettle and microwave. Paid 5 usd for a wallet parking per night. Good buffet breakfast. Lots of eateries and groceries in the neighbourhood. Great choice to stay in the centre of Beirut

Decent hotel in the Hamra area. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the location is very central. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, dirty and dark in the night, as is to be expected from a hotel in this area.
