The room and the Riad was beautiful it was just the authentic experience we were looking for. We had two private patio areas to relax on a morning or evening. Travelling as a group of two Mums with their teenage daughters we were hesitant if Morocco was the right choice for us but had a great time. The riad team kept in touch with us by what’s app and ordered our airport transfers. This was fantastic as we would have struggled to find the road on our own without internet. They came out to meet us and took our bags. We were welcomed with mint tea and they kept the restaurant open late for us so we could eat dinner when our flight was delayed. They helped us with directions, excursions and friendly advice without any pressure. The breakfast was different each day with lots of options. We stayed for three nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, the streets outside are very busy but everyone is friendly and will help you if you get directions confused. I used a foreign esim for three days and google maps which worked well. If you are sensitive to noise there is a mosque close by and you can hear the early call to prayer so take some ear plugs however not all of our group heard it. Don’t forget to spend all your local currency before you leave as airport shops don’t accept it only the restaurants ( which also don’t have alcohol )

We were treated amazing by Mohamed and the staff. The room was very nice and specious with our own terrace and another large terrace outside our room. It was safe because they always lock the door of the riad. It is located inside the medina but not near the heart of the medina, maybe a 10 to 25 min walk from it which was very walkable. We are grateful for the great service we received from all the staff!

The staff was very kind and made our stay as good as it could be.

We had a great stay at Palais Tinmel and the staff members were amazing. They were accommodating and friendly, assisting us with transportation and more. The property is also beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. However, be sure to schedule your pickup and drop offs in advance because taxis do not fit in the small streets. It is easy to get lost walking but tuk tuks are a common form of transportation.

Wonderful and relaxing. Not overwhelmed by other tourists. Highly recommend.

The Staff, made all the difference, Mouad and Mehdi, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and satisfactory, what a professional staff and spoke excellent english, they made me feel like I was staying at home. The service was Top notch. Due to my excellent experience, I am planning to come back to this property and stay longer. These two individuals are professional, hard working, serviable, knowledgeable, they represented the Riad as a five star hotel and provided an experience like no other, they made our stay seems seamless and less stressful. Their dedication was unmatched and enjoyed doing their daily tasks, the were empowered and solution oriented. My experience was the most enjoyable experience ever. This place is a true gem. The photos do not do it justice. A must stay! I will be returning.

Overall was ok, if you expect to find regular amenities of a lodging such as iron board etc… this may not be your place. I was upset at check out when they made me pay a city tax which was not included in the price I paid in Expedia and was never mentioned in any website of communication, expedirá should be more transparent with this kind of things, does illy when you pay a price which confirms, all taxes and fees are included.

Super endroit mais pas facilement accessible en voiture et l’hotel m avait pas transmis l addresse du parking ducoup j ai du attendre une bonne heure avant d avoir quelqu’un au telephone et l addresse du parking. Apres une fois habitue on se situe facilement pour y retourner

First they had manage to change the day of our reservation so that they did not have a room for us, but this they did not teall us. Then they manage to miss to pick-up my wife from the airport. We did get a room after 45 minutes. Food OK but not more. The place has a certain charm and can be fantastic with the right management. Location is in the North of the old town, where most of the attractions and restaurants are in the south.

Well, there are always arguments about hotels, restaurants, etc, although for me, no matter how beautiful it is a place, the staff always make the difference. Very helpful, kind, and reliable. Nadir, you are my man in Marrakesh from now on 😁. All the people working there were amazing but my good friend Nadir made a huge difference. Till the next time, my friend. A nice place to stay, clean and convenient and within walking distance to everything.

The riad overall is a pretty place to stay and has very welcoming staff. Unfortunately when we (my friend and I) arrived our room wasn‘t cleaned propperly (in the shower was still hair from previous guests, bedsheets and pillowcases with stains and hair on it). After demanding fresh bedsheets they only made the bed and didn‘t actually gave us new/clean bedsheets. We stayed for five nights and they never cleaned our room nor changed our towles. They only „made“ our bed everyday so the room seemed to be clean but it wasn‘t actually. We wouldn‘t recommend their breakfast because the quality was low and it wasn‘t really tasty nor diverse. We stayed in many different riads all around morocco and this one was the priciest but had by far the weakest price-performance ratio. our conclusion: the price isn‘t justified.

It would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom considering it is rated as 4*

The place is amazing! I love the ambiance, the Moroccan style and decor, and the fresh scent of orange! Clean 👌 which is important. Staff are all very kind, helpful even when it’s busy. They make the time to help and assist in any way possible. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there! Highly highly recommended. 5 star ⭐️

Tres bien accueilli, petit déjeuner assez bon, très joli cadre avec vue panoramique de la ville depuis la terrasse. Attention au quartier: des jeunes veulent votre argent en vous forçant à vous accompagner ou en vous faisant croire que les rues sont fermées. Ne parlez pas aux locaux dans la rue et ne les suivez pas sinon votre séjour sera gâché.
