Rating & Review Keseluruhan Art Deco Ocean Walk Apartments

It was okay! Bathroom needed some TLC especially in the shower. I had to wear my sandals because I didn’t have shower shoes and of course they were ruined. I spent most of my time away so I only slept there at night it was pretty quiet. I came in one night and spotted a roach on the nightstand. Even though it was the only one I’m sure it was others I had to make sure my clothes and bags were thoroughly inspected before I left. We could have had more towels.

Realizamos reservas con ustedes y no en AIRBNB por que aparte que ahora no son baratos, te amueblan con muebles que les sobran, enseres de mala calidad, una limpieza a medias, etc. Los Hoteles te dan mejor servicio. Lo increíble es que con Hotels recibí un servicio de AIRBNB. El baño con malos olores, el piso mal estado, etc. Hotels por favor NO LO VUELVAN HACER.

Not what’s was expected like the photo. The room was hot even with the AC on. No dark out curtains and super brights during the day which make it super hot. My shower was leaking the whole trip they could not fix until after my stay if that was their plan. I also did not like that they sent someone over to my room without notifying me first, a day into my trip and they were trying to get into the room lucky I was there at the time. It felt unsafe for me. I had lost trust at that moment as in who know when someone was in my room without my knowledge. Won’t be staying here again.

Great location, easy access to local eateries, shopping, and the beach. I will definitely be interested in staying there again the next time I hit up the area for a vacation.

The location is in the middle of things, still nice to relax.

This was probably the worst place I have ever stood at in my life. Was completely neglected through out my stay with all the issues. Elevator broke and they don’t change their filters at all and I sick as a dog cause of it. Very unsafe

Large spacious studio apartment walk in closet full kitchen near everything I will definitely be staying here again

Roaches, smelly floors, old furniture/appliances, old elevators that you get stuck on, alarms that go off all day

Besides the creepy elevator that didn't go to ground level the rooms were very nice tidy and clean

It was a little bit different in pictures, but totally worth the price. Kitchen also well equipped, clean and nice bathroom, cool furnitures, comfortable beds. Neighborhood is amazing, everything is close; groceries, renting shops, beach, bus stops. Best experiences

The property is located conveniently a few blocks away from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants that fits all budgets. The room itself came with a huge kitchen and seating area. The property manager was really responsive. The only thing We did not like was the little white bugs on the mattress. I was itchy all over. Booked two nights but left early due to being uncomfortable.

Definitely not the picture on the website… it’s was ok for cleanliness…. Didn’t really like the building we was in, carpet make it smell old n moldy…. It’s close to south beach, which is a plus…. Overall it was ok for the two days, I was there but I wouldn’t get it again

unité ok mais photos trompeuses ascenseur brisé toute la semaine porte extérieure non sécuritaire, non verrouillée (porte de l'escalier) cage d'escalier insalubre et non sécuritaire pallier avec odeur immonde unité ok mais manque de soins (peinture, plancher, ventilateur bruyant) Nous avons quitté avant la fin de notre séjour

Highly not recommend this apartment, never experienced so dirty and stinky apartment like this one !!! The photo of the house was taking probably 15 years ago. Nothing look like on the photo

The property is ok the area is the best . Wasn’t clean , had the appliances very old some of them broken .

Buena ubicación. Se podría mejorar el piso ya que se encuentra deteriorado. Lo único malo era el olor a humedad del apartament
