Rating & Review Keseluruhan Regina Resort and Aqua Park Hurghada

The resort is clean, has beautiful yards and private beach. But I was a little disappointed with my room. We arrived at the resort after midnight, took about 15 minutes to check in, when we finally got to our room and use the bathroom, no toilet paper, wanted to take a shower, no towels. Walk back to the reception and ask for, they said someone will bring them over. But didn’t happen.

Booked because the price was reasonable. Room was big and clean. Cleaning was done without reminder. But bathroom was stinky and molded with broken flush. The food was ok altough repetitive. The location is a big positive at small pier for diving and excursions. The view from the premium room and the beach nice.

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. Staff were very friendly and wanted to engage in general chit chat , they also appeared to take pride in their jobs , whether they were gardening, cleaning or waitering, visited the on site spa twice , facilities were ok , however the massages were brilliant both times . Hotel is situated on a busy street with plenty of tourists shops, harbour is a short walk and has plenty of restaurants and a nice view. Overall for what we paid we had a nice relaxing break and would revisit but not at peak time.

Pleasant stay. I got spacious room with seaview. It is not new any more but the location by the beach is good. Nice and quiet at night.

The pressure in the shower was wxtremely liw and 5 days out of 7 there was cold only water from the shower. Also poor selection of food (same choises every day). But beda comfy, sheets clean, location and staff fantastic.

Het hotel kan een renovatie gebruiken, het personeel in het restaurant mag wat meer glimlachen al valt dat niet mee met zoveel Russen die zich echt lomp gedragen. De kamer jongen was heel beleefd en maakte goed schoon en ook aan het strand waren ze. Heel vriendelijk vooral Ramy Abdo hij heeft me goed geholpen , het eten was middelmatig.

Overall we had a good time. There are things to improve of course but can’t complain for the price we’ve paid. Special thanks to receptionist Kareem for arranging an early check in after a super tiring flight.

Réceptionniste négligeant. 3 heures pour attendre Hôtel bien placé c’est tout. Le restaurant pas terrible. Le service est bof…

A combination of brilliant and terrible in one. Fantastic location and with a private beach with a great diving club. Just DON’T GET ALL INCLUSIVE

everything was simply awful. I would never recommend this place or come back.

I was charged stuff from the refrigerator and I didn't even open that one so.....not great! The location of the hotel is excellent. Will be back but I will take a photo of the minibar just in case!!

Very very bad

Yemekler içecekler çok çok kötü, kokudan restorana girmek bile zor. Konumu oldukça güzel, daha çok yerel vatandaşlar tarafından tercih ediliyor. Bu da açık kadınlar için biraz zorlayıcı bence.

Es ist genau das, was ich erwartet habe. Für zwei Nächte war es für mich vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich hatte das Hotel wegen der Lage in der Stadt ausgewählt. Normaler lokaler Standard.

Staff need customer service training!

After booking, I get a confirmation from hotels.com, where was written about a payment rules, "Your booking is guaranteed. You will pay the property directly in their local currency" Then I came to resection, they said, they will not take any currency except dollars. I have egiptian bank card, they say, "we don't need national currency". I said, I have no dollars, the answer was : you can go. I've showed them the reservation, and they said : we don't care about it. I was trying to get support from hotels.com, but they didn't answer me

Was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!
