There were drug people next to us, the management was good and got them to quiet down, people with bad leaning tech necks were coming in & out one man tried talking to us to, the management scared him iff immediately, they tried to keep the room clean but there is dust, dried pop, fly dots on surfaces, broken chair, mold....

Clean. But, dated.

Older motel but great place to stay on your way to Vancouver.

Website shows a pool. It doesnt tell you the pool is summer only. I was disappointed that i couldnt relax in the pool.

This property is older and it shows that some updating of such items as flooring would be a wise investment as it is past end of life. That being said the rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable so I see myself staying again if I was to be in Hope in the near future.

The desk worker was amazing, staying up later to accommodate us as we faced delays on our travel. She also switched rooms for me without hesitation as I wanted a ground floor room for easier unloading of luggage. The room itself was quite dated but seemed clean enough.

Provided three beds as required. Clerk did her best, property is run down. 5 people, three mugs, no glasses, three towels

It was good price! Very homy

Ancient motel but comfortable beds. Its not the Ritz but it is fine. My biggest gripe is the wifi. It is slow and pages often take three attenpts to load.

I came to this location specifically because it says theres a pool. Get there and the water in the river is probably more warmer. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. I went there for that reason to go im the pool ..the site is misleading. If i knew it didnt work, I would have made different choice of motel/hotel .

Easy staff to deal with was quick and efficient. And it’s close to a gas station and a great diner and grocery store in walking distance. Would for sure stay here again.

Found out pool was not available. Needs renovations badly, beds were too soft, friendly owners makes it better

There were bugs in the room, the pool and hot tub were not open, which was the only reason i choose to stay at this property. Disappointed for sure. The best thing about the property was the people checking me in. So incredibly nice and helpful

would have like a bigger fridge other than that good and Tv stayed on loud had to unplug it to shut off

The pool is too cold to use in the winter. But all other aspects are perfect for the price

Really really bad

Pool was advertises as working. It is but there is no heat in the pool or the building used to house the pool. The staff said it didnt matter bc she already gave me a good enough discount bc i booked throigh expida..both i wont do again.

Pool was not heated and too cold to swim in
