Maria was fast at answering our email, the place is close to Downtown Porto, there are good resto close by and all other services. The place was perfect for a couple, we loved our stay!

The location is brilliant. Metro from airport is easy. Lots of restaurants. Easy 20 minute walk to Ribeira or take the Metro. Great in-room coffee. English TV. Maria and Vera are attentive, helpful and delightful. The studio is cozy.

The lady that checked me in didn't speak English and wasn't too sure if I had been booked in etc, despite showing her my booking confirmation email. Located close to the Porto metro (Heroismo) but the room I stayed in was at the front of the accommodation very close to the busy main road. Hence no sleep as the traffic and passing pedestrians were relentless. Studio was clean and the shower was decent but didn't make up for the lack of sleep. For the price you will pay to stay here it is probably worth staying elsewhere. As an aside, the WiFi worked well. Comments in the guestbook support this review.

房子很漂亮，但是我们入住的时候花园在装修，在入住前一天才告诉我们，因为遇到雨天所以没有很在意，但是如果我们在晴天的情况下想要享受花园估计会扫兴吧。入住前房东有发很详细的邮件，沟通很不错，管理员经常不在办公室，想要找人会找不到。寄存行李是直接放走廊上，我们回去拿的时候发现直接就放着没用任何看守，管理员也不在，任何人都可以把我们的行李拿走，觉得不太安全。

Nett gestaltetes Apartment. Matratze nur eine große statt 2 wie gewohnt. Altbau mit kleinen Zimmern. Man kann sich aber arrangieren und arbeiten. Genügend Steckdosen. Küche mit Kühlschrank und was dazu gehört. Netter Innenhof. Lage sehr gut. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum bzw. nah dran. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

小さい子供を含む家族でレンタカー旅行の際宿泊。周辺はやや治安が悪そうで、HPには近隣の駐車無料と書かれているが近くで無料の路上駐車ができるだけなので盗難などのリスクを考えるとお勧めできない。ホテル横の有料駐車場（1日10ユーロ)も利用できるとチェックイン時に紹介されたのでそちらを利用した。部屋は3階建の1階だったが非常に空気がこもっていてかび臭さが沁みついていた。窓を開けようにも道に面しているので安全を考えると開けられず、滞在中はかび臭いのに耐えなければならなかった。その上WiFiの電波も弱くネット接続に難儀した。シャワーは部屋のキッチン上の棚の中にある熱水タンクの容量以上を使うと再度タンクに熱水が溜まるまでお湯が出ないので節約して浴びなければならないので注意。近くにあるパン屋が非常に安く美味しかったので食事に関しては満足。

Todo muy bien. Es un edificio de apartamentos muy cuidado. La habitación era cómoda y funcional, bien decorada y con lo básico para manejarse. La calle céntrica pero tranquila. A 1 km del centro andando y a 100 metros del metro. Se aparca bien y gratis en los alrededores. Panaderías, supermercados y bares (no de copas) en la misma calle.

Chambre sympa et surtout vraiment tout est très propre ! Pensez à demander une chambre côté court si vous ne vous levez pas tot, car côté rue ca peut etre bruyant. Literie en très bon état mais un peu ferme pour mon dos.

Everything ok , just next time I will choose the room with view on the garden less noisy.

Saknade AC så det var lite fuktigt i rummet...det fanns även mögel vid duschutrymmet... I övrigt var rummet städat och fint. Nära till metron och det va gångavstånd till närmaste shopping område, floden osv. Det fanns ett bageri, Molette, med goda Natas och andra bakelser.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce charmant studio . Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut et heureusement du chauffage car notre séjour en mars était froid et pluvieux . La literie est très bonne , la déco est moderne , L'accueil est parfait

Asked for 2 beds and got a double, plus the road was very noisy but apart from that it was great for one night. Shower good, bed comfy, kitchenette would have been useful if we had been there longer. Owner sent a welcome message which was very helpful although we never met in person

Greit og artig studio, bra med restauranter & kafeer i nærleiken, nært sentrum; 25 min.å gå, 10 min. med t.-banen. Kan anbefales.
