Todo estuvo perfecto un poco antiguo, las camas muy duras y no tiene aire acondicionado y el día que estuvimos estaba haciendo mucho calor pero el staff muy amables. El establecimiento está muy reducido y está bastante angosto la entrada y está en una subida y batallé mucho para entrar porque está en una subida muy incómoda. Pero en todo el hotel está en buena localización y está muy acogedor. Lo recomiendo

Los cuartos son súper bonitos, NO tienen cortinas blackout y las áreas comunes del hotel se quedan prendidas toda la noche, por lo que entra bastante luz a los cuartos durante la noche. Ligeros detalles de limpieza.

A lovely hotel that feels like a garden retreat. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to all the main attractions, making the location very convenient. The room is incredibly spacious—almost like staying in a castle. The hotel also features a beautiful garden and relaxing seating areas. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Beautiful property, fun to walk around and explore. Staff super polite and helpful. Bugs and mosquito can bother a little.

Staff was wonderful. The shower is not suitable for an older person to get in and out easily, due to the old design. The room was spacious and the place overall is very nice.

This hotel is very old school San Miguel. It’s a beautiful hacienda type building with beautiful gardens and outside areas to sit. Please note that there is no AC in any of the rooms, however they do provide standing fans. At certain times of year the rooms get hot.

This is the most charming and wonderful boutique hotel. I loved the location. Wonderful staff that were so helpful and pleasant, particularly Lily and Francisco were so helpful. I loved my room with the charming balconies and the wonderful view. It was just fabulous. I would highly recommend it. It is just classic charm.

Bien en general… espectacular que tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel, caminando a pocas cuadras del centro, habitación cómoda y limpia aunque muy sencilla No hay restaurante pero al frente hay un hotel con unos desayunos buenísimos

They have bed bugs. The smell of pesticides inside the room was horrible. My husband still has headaches from the smell of the chemicals, and I have the bedbug bites on my legs. Beautiful place, but those things make me say no to this place.

Hotel lindo, extremamente charmoso e bem cuidado. Localizado em um canto mais tranquilo e verde do centro histórico, agradabilíssimo. A ventilação do quarto onde me hospedei é um pouco limitada, mas não chega a incomodar, dado o clima fresco de SMA à noite. Único ponto a melhorar ser ter alguma cortina ou vidro na ducha do banheiro, para impedir que ficasse com o chão todo molhado.
