Very well located. Very quiet and yet in the middle of the old city: shops, lots of restaurants, groceries, 3 minutes walk to the coliseum. The apartment is big, clean, quiet, with a balcony to relax. Also not far (11 minutes) to the bus stop to go to Lac De Garde. A perfect place!

Perfect location for getting around Verona.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber. Bad mit Tageslicht von oben. Klimaanlage. Wohnung sehr geräumig.

Its good location. Spacious too. The only thing i was suprosed about is the additional 15 wuro fee and 35 euro cleaning charging. We stayed one night, paid 165 euro for the night. But the extra hidden charge makes it a bit more expense.

Licia was very helpful and friendly. The property is located in the center of the city of Verona, close to all of the tourist cites. The apartment is modern, spacious and updated.

They were great about finding a specific check in and check out times that worked for us and had recommendations on how to better enjoy Verona the apartment we stayed in was spacious with a nice balcony.

This is a nice one bedroom apartment in a lovely area which is close to the city centre. The service from the Verona Apartments staff was very good. Good value for money. I was disappointed that I could not see where the apartment was located at the time of booking - I thought I was booking an apartment in the city centre and it turned out to be around a mile away. As it happened, we were in the San Zeno Cathedral area which was lovely and with some great places to eat so it was all fine.

The most helpful company we have ever encountered, walked us to our apt. After taxi dropped us off in wrong lane way. Quiet, air conditioner fabulous in the heat of Verona

A medio camino entre la estación y plaza de Bra, por lo tanto excelente situación. Amplio apartartamento y la recepción nos esperaba al llegar.

Siamo stati a Verona per una serie di concerti all'Arena. Ci sono parcheggi gratuiti nei pressi dell'appartamento (Kitchenette San Zeno) e si può facilmente girare la città a piedi partendo proprio da lì. La Signora ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni turistiche e pratiche per il soggiorno. La dotazione dell'appartamento è limitata all'essenziale (per esempio non ci sono tovaglia, presine e strofinacci ... in alternativa al solo lenzuolo c'era unicamente una trapunta pesante) e la pulizia non era impeccabile: avendo un supplemento da pagare (all'arrivo) per le pulizie finali, non ci aspettavamo di trovare la pattumiera da svuotare, alcuni capelli sul pavimento e polvere su piatti & tazze. Tolti questi piccoli inconvenienti, è stato un ottimo soggiorno! Occorre contattare telefonicamente la signora per il check-in con un certo anticipo, per consentirle di essere presente al vostro arrivo. Torneremo sicuramente se saremo interessati ad altri eventi nella città!

Loved the apartment, very nice, but the shower was very little, besides that it has everything perfect

I stayed in Verona from July 20th to the 22st, the flat was good and well located. However, not everything went well. First, I only received the address the night before I arrived – which would be ok, if the manager hadn’t emailed me the wrong address...When I got to the place and saw something was wrong, I called her by whatsapp, she didn’t answer and texted back complaining that it was too early in the morning. On our last day, the manager met us at the flat to receive the keys and complained that we turned on the air conditioner too cold, which would cause a high energy bill. This is absurd, ridiculous! It was hot as hell outside, there was only one air conditioner in the place – and it was not in the bedroom – how were we supposed to sleep!? Besides, I don’t think the guests should be harassed with this kind of issue, after all the costs with electricity are included in the daily rate paid.

Enjoyed the apartment but there was no Wi-Fi as annouced.

The apartment (Via Cappello) was extremely nice - it had modern bathroom facilities with a very classic Italian - flavored bedroom. The location is right in the middle of the old city center, so it was perfect for sightseeing and for getting to the Arena.

It was a surprise to pay invoice in cash, card was not accepted. We waited check in 45 min because the person of hotel was late.. Not good service. It was difficult to find the email address and phone number of the hotel. It was not mentioned in ebookers reservation.

Licia war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war bequem eingerichtet, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wenn ein Konzert in der Arena stattfindet, ist dies gut zu hören. Allerdings schläft man trotzdem gut, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen ist.

Dårlig område

Verona is a beautiful town to visit. Accommodation was an easy flat 10 minute walk into the old city. Lift to the 4th floor and a quiet complex as there are a lot of commercial offices in the block. Excellent security. Buses were easily accessed with a stop outside the apartment complex and cheap for a day ticket. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby (great Brazilian restaurant opposite). Apartment was well equipped and compact.
