We enjoyed our time here and the staff was amazing! Breilin, our concierge was always quick to respond and provided us with any answers we needed. The grounds were clean and we loved the swim out room

I'd like to start by recognizing bartender names Anthony. His joy, and happy carisma made the experience memorable. Food was EXCELLENT at the hotel, there is room for improvement as far as hotel maintaince. You could tell some appliances are starting to wear out. The scent here is extremely wonderful however sometimes overpowering. STAFF IS INCREDIBLE. I have no complaints about anyone. Everyone was respectful, cheerful and professional. Things I didn't really like although it wasn't that much of a big deal was that at this resort compared to others I've been to in DR. This one has wait times when visiting the restaurants, no reservation needed. Every restaurant we attended had a 30-40 minute wait time before being seated. Which wasn't ideal considering our 2 year old.... the lazy river was also one of my favorites! And the kiddie pool is perfect, my son was able to wander (with close supervision) without having to worry of depth. our stay was close to perfect!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at this resort. The standout features were definitely the pools and the breakfast options, which were both excellent. One of the biggest perks of this property is the access to Breathless, which added a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our trip. The food throughout the resort was generally on par with other all-inclusive experiences I’ve had. While not exceptional, it wasn’t bad either. Interestingly, we usually find the à la carte restaurants to offer a better experience than the buffet, but this time it was the opposite. Our group found the restaurant meals to be either bland or overly salted, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, there was a wide variety of vegetarian options available, while I’m not vegetarian I know my vegetarian friends struggle to find good food options -would definitely recommend this resort to my vegetarian friends. The property itself was well-maintained and beautiful, with no major complaints. The pools were a highlight—clean, spacious, and inviting. The beach did have a fair amount of seaweed, but the staff worked diligently every day to clean it up. Service-wise, our experience was mixed. Some staff members were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Others, however, came across as indifferent or even rude, which made the service feel inconsistent. Entertainment throughout the resort was great and added a lot of energy and fun to the overall experience.

Some of the amenities were not functioning properly such as the tv and room safe. However, customer service was excellent although maintenance did not speak any English, I was thankful for a google translator app. Overall, it was a beautiful resort and stay was very nice and comfortable!

I love the entire resort, the restaurants was good. I especially loved Abraham from the poolside he was awesome.

Service, friendly staff,the dancers ir the entertainers, the bar tenders, the house keeping...all over its amazing and we highly recommend to our friends and we want to come back...thank you very much for all your help.We have an amazing experience in 4X4 ATV and the Playa Macao its really an amazing beach..

I really enjoyed our trip to the dreams onyx punta cana. The resort was impeccably clean. Upon arrival we were assigned a personal concierge (Breilin) who was amazing. He communicated with us every day , always making sure we knew the events of the day as well as making sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was great I’m so happy I decided to go with dream onyx if you decide to go visit punta Cana I recommend to go there and also get the vip access to breathless it’s a night life resort but dream onyx is definitely on the calmer side but you get best of both worlds.
