Room was good for the pricing and they allow you to check in early for a fee-$30 ( got there at 6:30am. No stores to walk to, but room had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Next to freeway for easy car access.

Air conditioner was pretty noisy and stopped working randomly many times. The room was decently clean overall and the fridge worked fine. It was slightly difficult to find the turn in as there isn't really a sign. You get what you pay for, it was a cheap option for a stay.

Noisy and dirty.

Ive been here a while. No problems. Everyone from the owner to the front desk staff is great and has made my stay great. Any problems, questions or concerns have been addressed rapidly.

Not great

this room was disgusting. We ended up having to switch rooms three times because all of them had issues. And then when we got to the register, he charged us an extra $125 for a holding fee that was never mentioned online and we are still yet to get back. If you could choose any other hotel, I implore you to do so. This hotel was absolutely disgusting.

People live at that hotel and walk around shirtless. The showers are disgusting and the bed had huge blood stains and a knife cut down it. Honestly would not be shocked if someone told me someone died in that room.

Goid stay for the price

Bathroom was dirty with used toilet paper behind the toilet. The bedding was stained in multiple places.

The place was not pleasant nothing was wiped down the toilet had old pee stains and was cleaned before I got my room. I asked the staff to clean the room they told me to use toilet paper and to clean it I promise this is not a joke. The place itself was a joke never again will I stay at a place like that again poor service.

The room was dirty, the walls looked disgusting and the room smelled like smoke. Booked a last minute room and the price was cheap but will never stay again because of the condition of the place.

Was good except for the hot water was not working in my room. It started warm then went to luke warm, something probably wrong with water heaters.

My stay was very praceful and the staff was very nice

Price was good, staff was helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

They never refunded my deposit even after telling me on checkout they would. It has not been refunded to my card. The staff were ok but the building needs maintenance. I had to be moved to a different room because either the key card or the door itself would not work. The long term tenants are the ones who are not following leash regulations and not picking up after their dogs making the limitedly available grassy areas disgusting. Either the rules need to be enforced or the hotel needs to have someone going and cleaning that up because it’s a breeding ground for bacteria. Several other people there for the same dog event as me were appalled at how the long term tenants would just let their dogs rush out their rooms with no leash, crap, then go back. Meanwhile, we were careful with our dogs and cleaning up after them.

All rooms (including non smoking) smelled very strong of smoke. My clothes even smelled of smoke when I left. The towels were horrible. Could hardly get dry with them.
