This is a hotel I will say at when I can the house keepers are great and so is angel and Ed they make you feel welcome unlike some of the other hotels in Watertown New York thanks everyone at adrondack efficiency for not treating us any different then the others

Perfect for day sleeping. I asked for a room away from noises and was given one without question! TY

I like the fact that it was pet friendly, able to keep my chocolate lab with me in my room. We both slept well.

Having a Tullys in front of the Hotel is Extremely Convenient for the Tullys Fans.

Just say no! You can do a lot better for just a little bit more. Lights didn't work, the stovetop was broken, and it could have been cleaner

walked around for a half hour trying to find someone who worked there., inside, it said to call the number. did that 2 times and got answering machine

The staff were excellent so nice and helpful.

Clean and friendly. Ac is poorly kept in room 229 . Smells of smoke and pot drift in from first floor .

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom pretty bad. Toilet rocked on its bolts, and sink top was not real clean. Soundproofing between rooms was good. Air conditioning noisy but worked fine

Our stay was for a softball tournament. We were close by only a 5 minute drive to the fields.

This was the worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. The cigarette smoke smell smacks you in the face as soon as you enter and permeates even the rooms. There was no elevator for my elderly father. Both rooms were dirty - black stuff on the pillow cases, dingy stained towels, rusty sinks and toilets. The beds were very hard. The air conditioners are at least 40 years old, but they did work well. There was wifi advertised online but no directions or even the name of the network provided.

Let me start by saying I’m far from high maintenance. I’ve stayed in some pretty grungy places but this was really bad. I’ve never left a bad review before! People yelling in the hall or their rooms all night. Smell of cigarettes and pot was horrendous. Carpet was disgusting, wall paper falling off the walls, chairs were filthy! I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend it!
