Rooms were clean and new. Had all the main things needed and spacious. Waterparks were well maintained and fun for all. Major drawback is lack of food options that are reasonably priced onsite. There is limited options with lack of variety. A breakfast option included in hotel stay is lacking. We left the hotel for all our meals (15 min drive).

the view is very bad with the price I paid . The staff is very helpful , the front desk very nice. The breakfast from La captine is all flys everywhere Overall I’m satisfied. Just about the view and no tooth brush no hair conditioner . Its absolutely not a 4 star

Nous avons adorer. Mes deux ados et moi avons passé 2 jours au glissades extérieur, une soirée a l'espace jeux, un souper au capitaine et un déjeuner au café natura. Nous avons tout apprécié. Le personnel a l'accueil est génial.

All good staff was very helpful.

It was simply amazing !!

The restaurants on site are expensive and the service is not good. The water park was fun. The coffee was not good but the beds were comfortable. The laundry room is shared with the house cleaning so when I wanted to do a wash it was being used and I had to wait hours before they finished.

Hôtel très décevant. 1. Internet faible et peu fonctionnel 2. Très peu d'options alimentaires, ridiculement dispendieux et qualité douteuse (75$ pour un fast-food modeste 2 adultes et enfants de 4-7 ans) 3. Propreté de l'hôtel à revoir (Bora Parc, salles de bain communes et ascenceurs) 4. Chambres mal insonorisées (surtout si vous êtes au-dessus d'un SPA de balcon) 5. AUCUN service aux chambres, même pour renouveler les serviettes, ajouter du café ou obtenir une boîte de mouchoirs (nous y étions 5 jours à 4 personnes!). La réception nous a dit que les employés de chambres ne sont pas autorisés à prendre des initiatives comme changer notre boîte de kleenex vide mise en évidence sur le comptoir. On nous a demandé de venir la chercher à la réception 6. Inaccessible aux fauteuils roulants dans la majorité des endroits (et malgré ma chaise roulante, on me demande de prouver par une carte que je suis hadicapée!) 7. Un micro-onde par étage (propreté douteuse) 8. Aucun piscine "ordinaire" disponible sans payer 9. Plainte ignorée de la gestion 10. Aucun commerce ou resto à proximité à l'extérieur du Centre de Villégiature 11. Distributrices disponibles si vous avez 6$ à mettre sur une petite bouteille de boisson gaseuse. Bref, 5 jours dispendieux et frustrants. La proximité ne vaut pas du tout la peine.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and functional and the water parks are great and spa was lovely. The food is pretty limited - lots of burgers, fries and ice cream. A good deal for the price.

It’s was a clean and maintained hotel but customer service was poor requested room cleaning service which wasn’t provided and bathroom water wasn’t draining and ask the staff to fix it but that wasn’t taken care of understand that u have to buy separate tickets for the water park but it should be atleast discounted for the people staying in the hotel , overall it was a pleasant stay just lacked in customer service.
