great hotel and location. i was very positively surprised.

The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, walking distance to everywhere. It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which eliminates the need for taxi Uber, etc... The rooms are a bit small and it's hard to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Other than that, everything was great 👍

It was well-priced and in the muddle of it all m, walkable and a great end to a long holiday.

The staff at reception were excellent. A friend and I stayed in a twin room for one night - huge room with views of the lake. After one night we left our luggage to head off for one night. Great rooms with lake views when we came back. Very helpful and friendly at all times. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

EXTREMELY CLEAN!

The hotel overall was nice but dated, the air conditioning was working well overall and in the bedroom, and not too noisy. The room was comfortable. The shower was above the bath and a bit awkward to use in practice. The room cleaning service was of the highest standard, excellent daily. There were excellent blackout curtains and electric roller shutters which were a very useful feature. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the river in the centre of town. Make sure to confirm direct with the hotel the details and image of the room you have booked as this was not quite as requested when booking via Expedia.

Geneva is an expensive city but this hotel is excellent value for money, especially considering its location. I arrived very early but they found a room for me almost immediately.

Infrastructure is old but the staff are amazing and location is superb.

Excellent service and location

Central location is good. The lift is a littlè small but works well.

The Ambassador hotel is on an excellent location across a short bridge to old town Geneva. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store, etc. I had a car and there was space for parking. We had a deluxe room and and an economy room. The economy room was tight but functional. The bathroom was modern and clean. It had a good view of the lake. The deluxe room had a spectacular view and much larger in size with larger bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Excellent choice when visiting Geneva.
