Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!

Il faut payer un surplus pour avoir internet haute vitesse et malgré cela, ça ne fonctionne pas très bien. Si on ne paie pas, ça ne fonctionne pas de tout. Toilette mal fixée sur le plancher. Pas de synchronisation de la télévision entre la voix et la bouche. Décevant

La chambre était propre mais l’ameublement avait l’aire usée, la salle de bain avait aussi l’aire usée

La salle de bain mérite une rénovation majeure : baignoire désuète avec joints refaits pour camoufler la moisissure, lavabo fendu (craqué).

Bon séjour ! Chambre propre et tranquille. Et quelle belle vue sur la ville du 10 ème étage !

Avoir la chambre a 17H00 est trop tard Des choses interdis qui se passent dans les piscines, comme dépasser les limites des personnes, sauter dans les piscines mais les personnelles font rien et ne mettent pas ça a l'ordre. Mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs.

Travelled with my partner, two sons (9&11), and their grandfather. We stayed in two rooms (but could have squeezed into one as there are 6 person rooms). I’m a return customer and booked the interior room with a view of the courtyard with the pool. The boys (and their grandfather) loved using the pool, being able to watch the action of the courtyard, and we really enjoyed the Friday and Saturday musicians. Beds were comfortable and the entire hotel was clean with a very friendly staff. Location for walking is perfect with underground parking that allows you to go in and out as you please, if you’re doing any trips out of the city. Overall, beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel within a beautiful city. We will be back for our next adventure!

The breakfast included was amazing!! Make sure you go HUNGRY cause it’s all you can eat; the staff were more than helpful with any concerns we had! The hotel is located perfectly for shops and sight seeing!! Overall an amazing place.

Chambre confortable.

A gem!! This place was so beautiful, and it really felt like it transported you somewhere tropical. The breakfast was great, room was awesome, pool area was obviously the really impressive bit. The hot tub could have been hotter, and it was often overfilled with children, but then I found the sauna in the gym, and that was really private and nice.
