The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning unit is quite old; although it worked, it had its quirks when turning it on and off. The main issue was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the flow came out with little force, which made showering less satisfying. I mentioned it to the hotel staff, but they explained that this was the maximum water pressure they could provide. Overall, the room is acceptable, but the water pressure in the shower is something they should definitely improve.

Staff was very helpful. They were very communicative when we informed them about us checking in late at night. They held our luggage for several hours after we had checked out.

The hotel is nice throughout. The counter staff is very friendly, patient and extremely helpful even though my Spanish is very limited. The jacuzzi room I stayed in was very modern and huge. It was the size of an apartment and equipped with basic needs for the kitchen. It had huge windows which looked onto the city. It has a very nice rooftop patio that is very peaceful and a great place to relax and chat. The rooftop restaurant is nice and overlooks the city as well. To me, it is a very good value, quiet and very comfortable. I'll likely stay again if I return to Lima. My only downside was that the a/c did not work in the bedroom, even after maintenance looked at it. Sleeping in an air conditioned room is likely more important to me than most. But opening all of the windows and blinds allowed enough airflow plus the fan they provided that I could sleep.

O hotel entrega o que promete. Não é um hotel de luxo mas é confortável, limpo, ar-condicionado funcionou bem e o pessoal foi bem atencioso.

La ubicación es bastante buena. Está en un sector muy tranquilo, pero tiene muy pocas opciones de comida o entretenimiento al rededor. Se escucha muy fuerte la bulla de cuarto a cuarto y el desayuno está demasiado sencillo.

El hotel es agradable, el staff muy educado. Me parece que el sector es bastante bueno pero se percibe un sector financiero (no de turismo) con limitadas opciones de comer.

Simplemente acogedor

Todo bien. El personal del turno mañana fue amable.

ナスカへのバスターミナルCruz del Surに近いため選びました。タオルが1人分しかセットされていなかったりしましたが、お願いすればすぐに持ってきてくれます。ドライヤーや氷なども用意してもらえました。部屋は綺麗で清潔感があり、治安の良い地区なので、安心して泊まることができました。

Estadia incrível. Atendimento excelente e paciente, com muita gentileza desde o check-in até o check-out. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento maravilhoso em todo o momento. O local é super limpo, região segura e muito boa. Vale totalmente a visita!

ナスカへ行くバスターミナルに近かったのでこのホテルに泊まりました。清潔で広くてオシャレで、ここを選んで良かったです。
