The staff are friendly and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was excellent. The room was clean with good facilities. The stair well walls looked like they were in the midst of being redecorated and at the ripped and half stripped stage, but the room was lovely.

The whole experience at the royal Maritime hotel was very positive. From the clean rooms to the friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend it

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast lovely and dinner outstanding. Hotel room was clean and carpets and furniture looked new. Only downside was the part we stayed in seemed to be being renovated.. so stairway and corridor walls and flooring were messy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Pleasant and good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, if a little basic. Friendly staff, convenient for the shops and restaurants nearby.

Room was spotless staff were great. Easy to booking with a great price I'd definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff and a great range of onsite amenities. Decor in guest, West, wing was tired but still generally clean.

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr. Es ist etwas altmodisch, wird aber recht gut in Stand gehalten und es ist sauber. Es ist wie Ferien in guten alten Zeiten, als es noch etwas spezielles war, bevor all diesen seelenlosen modernen Hotelketten.

Nice room and easy to get to town

We managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were a nice size with a comfy bed. I really liked the decor and how nautical the place was.

Bon hébergement qui est resté dans la tradition marine ancienne. Des travaux de rafraichissement sont en cours.

The room was fine, but could do with some upgrading. For the price paid it was reasonable.

Check in was fine but Expedia should know when there’s a disco on until midnight! I had a long day travelling flight delayed so got in at 2300 only to hear loud disco until midnight! Not the best relaxation I’d planned for ! Breakfast is a must ! Value for money !
