Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them

Although we did not have an ocean view room, we still had a beautiful view from our balcony. The staff were all very gracious.

My husband and I had wonderful 4 nights. Excellent service!! Ina, at the front desk sent me a sweet birthday card in Japanese. I was so touched. All the staff are very friendly and provided outstanding service. We will go back

The room was great! I loved the view and the pillows were great. The night lights in the room are unique. I loved the frozen grapes and popsicles they hand out on the beach. I fell pampered. Great and such kind people. Loved my stay!

I like the hotel but for 5 star hotel there should be more options of restaurants. Only one outdoor restaurant with not enough main course options. Other people felt the same way. We stayed last year here and the menu options were much better.
