Nice Hotel and very comfortable room. Nothing much surround the hotel , but lucky the hotel provide shuttle bus to the ski resort and premium outlet so it helps us to go around and enjoy the city attraction. keep up and will definitely come back for our next Karuizawa trip.. cheers :)

この度はおせわになりました。 お部屋は清潔に整えられていましたが、特別ではなく普通でどちらかと言うとレベルの高いビジネスホテル風でした。 家族連れがとても多くにぎやかです。 ただ中にはレストランに家族揃ってパジャマ？な一行がいたり、温泉では泳いでいる子供が数人いたり、落ち着いて過ごしたい方には不向きかもしれません。 公共のマナーについては、家族連れやインバウンドには特にしっかりと告知が必要ではないかな、と思いました。 スタッフは海外の方も含め一生懸命で好感が持てましたが、スタッフの人数が少なく、特に 中堅層、ベテランスタッフと見受けられる方は１人もいなかったのでなんとなく安心感がありませんでした。

Relaxing room with a private onsen. Nothing to complain.

We had a lovely stay at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and we especially appreciated the wooden flooring, which gave the space a warm and clean feel. It was spacious enough for a family with kids, making it very comfortable for us. The onsen facilities were also excellent, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel we’d happily return to.

外国人スタッフさんがこちらを向いて手をとめ挨拶してくれ、とても好感が持てた。

全体的に清潔で、特に温泉がリラックスできました。

レストラン内の席が隣接すぎる。 レストランの席上のメニューが、暗く小さくて見えない。

全てが素晴らしい

至って普通という感想。荷物運びは自分で行わないといけないし、受付並ぶ際の案内も少なめ。チェックイン時の説明も簡易的で、こっちに分からないこと聞いてくるタイプのやり方でした。ビジネスホテルなどの感じと同じような印象です。 部屋は綺麗ですので嫌な印象はないですが、良かったなーと思えるとこも少なかった。

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

お風呂が混まなくて良かったです、お風呂のドリンクも美味しかったです。

スタッフの対応は最高でした！ また食事もとっても美味しかったです！

ホテルはいいがロケーションが今１つ

風呂付の部屋は思った以上に狭く、部屋は普通もサービスなどスタッフ対応は丁寧だった。

駐車場は広く余裕があり、お部屋も広く快適でした。温泉も ぬるぬるして気持ちが良かったですがタオル類が固くて残念でした。
