Perfect hotel. Staff goes above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We love the hotel. Extremely clean. Walking distance to everything. Great breakfast selection. Free snacks and beverages. Never seen anything like this in Europe. The kids love the cookies. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, spa, staff. One of the best breakfasts ever. Family room was perfect. Perfect location in town. Some traffic noise on the balcony.

The view was spectacular. The service was above and beyond including daily spa access. Great breakfast! My personal experience was that the mirrored surfaces were disorienting at times. But the room was beautiful! We felt very comfortable. And we used the very quiet gym every day of our visit.

Rarely have i seen this level of attention to detail. Staff were genuinely helpful past my expectations.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful staff! Room 701 has amazing views of the ocean, highly recommend. Spa service was heavily! Appreciate Miguel and his attention to detail, he made our trip very special!

The lobby area staff were so warm and welcoming. Overall everyone was kind other than one gentleman at the breakfast buffet on the day of our arrival. He was pretty rude to us but he was the only one and we never saw him again after that which was a plus. Breakfast buffet had a great selection everyday. We ate dinner at Terra one evening and it was excellent as well, the duck rice dish was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. The rooftop bar is a must visit as well. We never did get to check out the spa but will on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent place to start your island adventures. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The spa was definitely worth it. I think breakfast was a favorite with the variety and delicious choices. The chef will make any kind of egg you want. They offer help with activities and are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is excellent with variety of hot and cold options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Champagne was offered for my friend's birthday. Daily spa. The room was kept clean daily. Just wish the mattress was a bit former. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Omg I absolutely loved staying here and didn't want to leave. From the overly friendly staff, the amazing rooftop restaurant and the safe area with proximity to the water it was a lovely stay. The spa is super nice and the staff was super kind. Truely a five star experience and would definitely stay again!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were very pampered and the breakfast was outstanding. Even the mimosas are included.

Staff were great. We only stayed 1 night during a stopover but the staff went out of their way to help us see a little of the area in the little time that we had. The room was quiet and clean, the breakfast excellent and we wished we could have stayed longer.
