I had a great stay at The Exotic House. Hot water, heat in the rooms. all at an affordable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, pretty quiet, family atmosphere, easy walk to cool stuff. I recommend it highly!

Sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Egal was für Fragen man hat, man kann sie fragen. Sie erzählen einem, was man alles unternehmen kann und helfen auch bezüglich Buchungen, falls man weiterreisen möchte. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Lovely place to stay. The hotel is run by a nice, friendly family that made us feel at home. Late check in, leaving ur luggage while we were trekking - nothing was a problem. Very clean place, big room with large, exceptionaly comfy beds - hands down one of the best I have ever slept in. Walking distance to Thamel, shops and cafes nearby. Definitely a place I want to stay again.

We had two very comfortable rooms for 3 nights, around a 10 minute walk to the heart of Thamel. The owners were very flexible when our plans changed and we asked to stay for 2 more nights. The rooms were very comfortable, recently refurbished with clean ensuites and good wifi. Each morning the owners provided a great freshly made breakfast of tea, coffee, eggs, toast and cake. The family were lovely and very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you so much!
