We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and it indeed said that breakfast was included. Except the breakfast confusion, the hotel room was clean & quiet, and the breakfast was good.

Great little place to stay. Quiet, on the north end of Siem Reap, so for $3, you can rent one of their bicycles and easily ride to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and several of the othjer smaller ruins and temples. Staff are very friendly and helpful. (I was disappointed in the quality of food and service at the restaurant, but Pub Street and the old market are not very far, and there are LOTS of great eating and drinkig options there.

We were pleased with the hotel overall. Out was listed as a non-smoking facility but that was not enforced which was really frustrating but overall the experience was positive. The help us arrange transportation for the three days we were there at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable, clean, and you couldn't beat the price.

A fabulous experience. We felt spoiled. Swimming pool on site was wonderful. Restaurant for guests a bonus. Tuk tuk driver dedicated to hotel couldn't be better. Every single employee dedicated to the hotel & guests & beyond friendly. I truly miss these people. The perfect beginning to our 2 week adventure.
