Very convenient! Went to a Party Animals game and the hotel was right across the street! Only con was no free breakfast. But overall would stay again.

It was a very busy weekend at the hotel and it was extremely short-staffed but the staff that was working were amazing and did their best to help wherever they could. People were being very mean to them and they remained professional, kind, and courteous. Thank you, Pratik and Sarah.

Great place to stay and convenient for ballpark

The stay was enjoyable, we were going to a Reno Aces game and it was very easy to access. Everything was wonderful.

They took pity on old folks and got us into a lovely room early and early parking:)

Courtyard was ideal for this visit. I paid extra for a river view room, and wasn’t disappointed. Everything in the room was in good order. I enjoyed one dip in the hot tub. The location was convenient for walking from/to Amtrak and to/from the Pioneer Center where i enjoyed the Reno Phil concert. For me , the one thing that would improve the experience would be good strong complimentary coffee (I don't think much of in-room coffemakers)-I think that would be an appropriate amenity for the cost of the stay. The bistro food and service was high priced, but decent.

I just stayed for one night, but it was clean and modern and walkable to everything

unfortunately, Hotels did not inform us of the low clearance for the hotel parking garage. Consequently, we had to park a block away and walk in the cold and dark to reach the hotel entrance. The garage has a 6' 5" clearance and we were just one inch too tall. Be blame Hotels for this oversight.
