Liked the fact that there was two room and two bathrooms Room was clean Appreciated kitchen

The staff was very friendly and the game room and movie room were great to use.

Room had so much space, large bathroom and bedroom. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Only recommendation I have is to replace the furniture on the balcony.

The room was very comfortable for three people and the beds much more comfortable than most I’ve encountered. The manager suggested a day early departure due to the holiday weekend and ferry situation and ensured I was not charged the extra day. I don’t normally like Greek yogurt but theirs, with tons of fruit and granola, was delicious. All of the staff was great. Parking was a little tight with a full house but we managed. Overall, Friday Harbor is breathtakingly beautiful, loads of flowers, clean and friendly.

We didn't need to avail ourselves of the on-site cafe or hot tubs etc. but the room was pleasant and comfortable. The kitchenette needed a dish rack and maybe another set of dishes. But the beds were comfy, the little patio was OK, and the shower/tub was excellent.

Employees are great, easy and early check-in. Property needs a serious face lift. Very worn out and in poor condition

We traveled with another couple and loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a common sitting eating area. It was perfect for us.

Amazing

The manager was very friendly and accomodating! Went above and beyond to get us into a room earlier than check in time, by upgrading our room , which was very nice! I was on the Island to Work and brought my significant other along, so he wouldve been stuck with a car full of luggage, for hours, waiting for check in time! Very impressed with the service here, as well as, the hotel itself and the cleaniliness , inside and out, was definitely a plus!!

This place is a bit pricey for what it is, but it's on the island and is very close to town. As a base for exploring the island, it was great. The geometry of the hallway is like a hall of mirrors, as others have mentioned, but that's quirky and not a problem. The cafe downstairs is nice. If you're going to catch a late ferry to the island, call the front desk to make sure someone will be there when you reach the hotel.

We had a fiasco of a trip getting there and Christina was so kind, understanding and helpful. Made me felt reassured that we would have a place to stay even when our trip got us on the island way later than planned! A huge THANK YOU to Christina!

It is a few blocks from the downtown area so it's quieter than others. The design is nice and the hotel has a good deal of amenities. The room seems a bit aged

I am so happy I chose FHS... It was super quiet, super easy to get around, much more than we expected, in that the people were very helpful, really friendly, and the property so unique. Free parking right out front was convenient and since Friday Harbor is so small, everything was minutes away... Wow! Wonderful we'll be back! That's a promise.
