This hotel was amazing. We Checked out and was able to hang in lobby til transportation arrived. My travel friend fell on one of our walks and they were so comforting g and sweet to her. This would be number 1 place I would come back to if o ever returned. Loved it.

Vi började med att få ett rum där det redan bodde någon. Vi erbjöds en drinkbiljett under tiden som de ordnade med ett nytt rum. Rummet, standardrum, innehöll en 160 säng och det var även störande ljud från gatan kväll/natt. Frukosten var ok, men äggröran var gjord på pulver. Hotellet var dyrt överlag vad gäller baren. Vatten ingick varje dag. Städning utmärkt. Tre hissar på hotellet, gjorde att väntan ibland blev lång. Läge på hotellet var toppen med kort gångavstånd fr Sytagmattorgets metrostation. Poolområdet var litet men fungerande. Fin o vacker utsikt fr takterassen blandannat mot Akropolis.

The staff was very helpfull and accommodating and let us check in very early after a long transatlantic flight.

Second time visiting this hotel. It's just as good! What makes the place is the outstanding location and their amazing staff. When we next visit Athens we'll stay again for sure.

This is an excellent hotel all around. From the moment we arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delays from abroad we were welcomed by the warmest staff and the room was beautiful, clean, quiet. The breakfast is likely the best in Athens and packed not just by hotel guests. The quality of service and food in the restaurant, the spa, the front desk, and the bell hops were all top notch. A special thank you to the spa therapist Katrina who gave the best facial and massage.
