Rating & Review Keseluruhan CHAO Sanlitun Beijing

We stayed at the hotel for just under a week. The location is quite good, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We also received some port wine and sweets upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, based on a menu and made to order, and the quality was very high. However, something that felt a bit strange to us was the reaction we received at the reception. We are two best friends traveling together, and since we’re close and only planned to sleep at the hotel while spending most of our time exploring the city, we booked one room. Still, we got a few odd looks. The staff asked multiple times whether we had booked one or two rooms, and what kind of bed we had. When we confirmed that we had only one room, we received more puzzled glances, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, after spending some time in Beijing, we realized that you can get much better hotels at a lower price, so the value for money here might not be the best. So yes, our overall experience was a bit mixed.

Very nice environment! Need more light around the lobby, the light chaning in the room is pretty but useless, can just use dimmer lights instead.

Hip hotel, great a la Carte and buffet breakfast. Very hygienic set up with the buffet with the yogurt in small bowls with lid in mini fridge. Rooms clean and spacious enough for in room dinning. Free mini bar and snacks. If have to mention anything negative no in door pool, the beds are softer than I would like and I would ask for other pillows next time but would stay here again.

Vi bodde nylig 10 netter på Chao Sanlitun Beijing som en familie på fire, med to gutter på 8 og 12 år, og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde med oppholdet vårt. Hotellet imponerte oss fra første øyeblikk med sin moderne og innbydende arkitektur – et virkelig stilfullt og velholdt hotell som skaper en rolig oase midt i den pulserende byen. Vi bodde i et dobbelt Signature 60-rom, som viste seg å være perfekt for familien vår. Rommet var romslig, rent og svært godt lydisolert – noe som virkelig ga oss en god natts søvn etter lange dager med sightseeing. Det var tydelig at hotellet holder høy standard både når det gjelder komfort og detaljer. Frokosten var en av høydepunktene for oss. Et rikelig utvalg av både vestlige og asiatiske retter gjorde at både voksne og barn fant noe de likte. Personalet var alltid blide, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme – servicenivået var helt upåklagelig. Chao Sanlitun fungerer også ypperlig som base for utflukter. Beliggenheten i Sanlitun gir enkel tilgang til både shopping, restauranter og transportmuligheter, samtidig som området er trygt og familievennlig. Alt i alt hadde vi et fantastisk opphold på Chao Sanlitun og anbefaler det varmt til både familier og par som ønsker en kombinasjon av komfort, stil og god beliggenhet i Beijing. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

房间很大，床很舒服。非常近三里屯商圈。健身室也不错。不過不太喜歡晚上房間燈是彩色。像是night Club, 沖涼去水位有點堵塞，估計沒有清潔好。 酒店叫车有點麻煩，因為有酒店名英文，有些司機都不會。另外三里屯交通也比較堵。可能搭地鐵會更方便。

We had an amazing stay at Chao Beijing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were lovely, playing live music in the evenings. All the facilities were great, and the hotel very clean and well kept. Location was also great, with everything needed close by! We will be returning in the future, thank you to all the staff at Chao! :)

it was a nice experience staying at this hotel in this vibrant area in beijing. it is just next to taikoo li sanlitun. the staff are very nice and helpful, trying to address our needs. it is unfortunate that when i was in beijing, a no. of tourist attractions were closed due to the extreme weather - huge wind, otherwise my trip would be perfect. i highly recommend this hotel to other tourists.

All good, except the lighting in the room and the bathroom/ vanity can be improved.

questo hotel è molto bello. elegante, raffinato senza essere pretenzioso. tutto è al giusto posto con molta classe. La camera è ben proporzionata con tutto ciò che necessiti a portata di mano, con un utilizzo degli spazi intelligente e arredata come una casa. la doccia è un piacere senza pari, in bagno c'è un tappeto come quello del bagno di casa tua, non un semplice telo. il letto è talmente comodo che la mattina alzarsi diventa un atto di coraggio. la colazione è all'altezza delle aspettative dopo aver dormito in una camera così, anzi le supera. il personale (sono veramente tanti) è composto da ragazzi molto gentili e attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Arrivano perfino a pagarti il taxi con il proprio telefono, quello privato. la ciliegina sulla torta è il ristorante con il bar annesso. incredibile, puoi ordinare qualunque piatto o cocktail che ti lascia a bocca aperta per la bontà. anche un semplice hamburger si trasforma in una magia di gusti fino a diventare quello più buono mai assaggiato in tutta la tua vita. vorrei un hotel così a pochi chilometri da casa per poterci andare almeno una volta a settimana. direi che per chi va a Pechino dovrebbe essere una tappa obbligata, almeno per andarci a mangiare se non vuoi dormirci rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente ineguagliabile, hotel servizi comodità e zona assolutamente sopra le aspettative. Consigliatissimo!

Everything was perfect - I was specially impressed by the eagerness of the staff to help us move our luggage and the generosity of the complimentary drinks (a small bottle of port wine and abundant supply of Aqua Panna, beer and soft drinks) and snacks. However, the hotel forgot to refill on our last day. I know the hotel would supply them on request. Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by the strangers knocking on the door twice on the New Year’s Eve and New Year Day. We brought our concerns to the hotel. The hotel staff explained that it was because guests with a room key can access to any floors which became the loophole. The staff also sincerely apologised (though it was more the guests’ fault) and gave us souvenirs as a token of gratitude. I would still recommend this hotel. It was otherwise impeccable if not for the mishaps.

Modern hotel, very clean n quiet, only thing is people intend to smoke inside. Other than that 10/10

Chao was a great 5 star hotel that really made our stay in Beijing. After a day sight seeing it was so relaxing to return to Chao for the evening. The pianist in the restaurant was excellent, food top quality and the breakfast was perfect to begin the day. The staff could not have been more helpful while Athena went above and beyond to help book tickets to the forbidden city. 10 out of 10.

Overraskende bra. God vibe i hippe omgivelser med bra location. Et av de beste hotellene vi som familie har overnattet på. Connection rooms kom som en positiv oberraskelse. Vi booker definitiv dette igjen som familie eller par.
