Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Resort MESQUITE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The property is very attractive; however, several items need improvement. 1) Better signage is needed for elevators and room location. 2) Accommodations for people with mobility issues/handicapped need to be installed. For instance, safety bars in the restrooms. 3) Attitude of some of the front desk staff needs improvement.

This recently renovated Hotel is wonderful! From check in with Kelcy to an amazing dinner and spacious room - everyone was so friendly and kind! We’ll be back!

Brand new hotel and had some problems being so new, but gorgeous grounds and very nice area.

Such a beautiful property

The Holiday Inn is brand new and we were there the 1st month

Renovated hotel. The shower pressure SUCKS! Pillows are not very good either

It had just been remodeled. Every thing was new and clean. Good service, friendly staff. The heater/ac unit was very loud, it woke me up every time it turned on. The TV was new but no high definition source so the picture was poor at least for the free TV.

Gorgeous rooms. Beautifully renovated and the park layout is so nice and peaceful.

The hotel is on a soft opening, so the key cards didn’t work on exterior doors. And they offer the breakfast on the app, but in fact they don’t currently offer the breakfast.

The face lift outside and amenities are great. The inside of the rooms , bathroom and flooring could use some upgrades

I liked how our room was right by the entrance of the swimming pool!!

Family friendly

No casino but it’s quiet and clean!

The room was noisy. People in the hallway were easily heard, including late at night. The A/C unit was loud. I’m sure I woke up every time it came on!!
