Lovely historic hotel with spacious rooms. No air-conditioning but small fans supplied. Most rooms have balcony and park view. Well appointed rooms. Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just a bowl of apples another morning. Breakfast staff do not top up when items are gone, except for some bread rolls. They are more interested in clearing tables almost before you have finished eating. Coffee machine is difficult to use and milk runs out frequently. We have stayed here previously when breakfast was superb, but hotel ownership has since changed. We didn't use the restaurant following the poor breakfast experience.

Struttura datata e senza clima. È stato impossibile dormire in questa settimana di temperature molto alte. La struttura dispone di pochissimo parcheggio ed addebita 15€ a posto. Sono stato poco soddisfatto del.soggiorno.

Very unhelpful receptionist, all staff couldn't care less. In the suite, there was no air conditioning and no fan. 35 degrees inside and outside. Not even a bottle of complimentary water. For a 4-star hotel? Only a person 2m20 tall could open the windows. I had to get a chair from the balcony to open the windows. Dirty bidet. Breakfast buffet- completely lacked soul and warmth. will not return

Zimmer Upgrade wegen fehlender Vorhänge bzw. keine Rollos. Upgrade gleiches Zimmer nur mit Balkon auf die Straße. Frühstücksbüffet sehr reich an Auswahl. Zentral gelegen.

Zimmer, check-Inn und Standort sind super, Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, nur die Kaffeemachine war kaputt und die Gäste mussten für eine Tasse Kaffee extra zahlen. Chef hat das so entschieden und das Personal war gezwungen das Geld von der Gäste zu kassieren oder privat aus zu legen.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost men saknade en kvällsrestaurang, kanske var under ombyggnad?

Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal und guter Lage. Es gab kein WLAN auf den Zimmern, jedoch in der Lobby. Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage war möglich (diese ist allerdings sehr eng und klein, für unseren Wagen hatte es gereicht) Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl war ausreichend. Rundum sehr Hundefreundliches Hotel, zum Frühstück durfte der Vierbeiner jedoch nicht mit. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wir sind viel unterwegs, in allen möglichen Hotels ,mit 3-5 Sterne ... aber noch nie wurden wir so nett empfangen,wie von den Herrn bei der Rezeption . Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist größer als in manchen 4 Stern Hotels . Der Frühstücksraum ist richtig schön zum anschauen. Das zimmer war sehr warm und sauber . Die Betten sind etwas unbequem ,aber das empfindet sich jeder anders.

What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.
