Terrible run down rooms

You cannot complain for the price ! Spanish male member of staff wearing glasses who checked us in was amazing and super helpful. Decent location and you will it difficult to find an executive double for that price ! Will definitely be staying again

Great place to stay. We were in room 128 specious and comfortable excellent check in Lovely staff. Beautiful walled garden. Can’t wait to stay again

If you’re staying in the Luton and Dunstablea area I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I can honestly say I hated my stay here and will never book this hotel again. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything that's going on in the other rooms around you and I mean EVERYTHING!! Had no sleep as in other rooms as mentioned people talking shouting laughing and pacing up and down in the room having sex in room above me, told reception they did go and say something to them but they didn't take any notice, I've stayed at quite a few hotels and this is the far worsed I've ever stayed in...Never again...avoid!!

The hotel itself was good , the room was clean and furniture in good condition, which so often it’s not , but when i entered to check in I was made to feel like I was intruding, like it was an effort for the reception person to deal with me , they remained seated the whole time . There was no water in my room , usually there are bottled water in the fridge or on the side , when I went back to reception to ask if there is any , I was told to go to the bar , “ he’d sort it out “ when I did I was told it would be £4.25 I wasn’t happy and then I asked him if he’d charge it to my room ? He said no , the bar was a seperate entity to the hotel and no charging , I was made to walk all the way back to my room to get money which was at the other end of the hotel . Considering I paid over £100 fo a night I thought I’d get a bottle of water , as most hotels do .

Our stay was pleasant enough for the purpose of an overnight sleep before a flight from LTN airport in the morning. The service from the staff was excellent at check in & check out & also when we needed some fruit cutting. The bathroom was very clean but the bedside cabinets & lamps next to the beds were dusty. The mattresses in our room definitely need replacing as you could feel the springs. Overall though it was acceptable for the value.

I stay here quite often to visit my family so very convenient for me. Has got better each time I go. Room was clean. Pillows uncomfortable in my opinion. Bed was comfy. Didn't try the breakfast.

Welcoming staff as we arrived late. Room tired but serviceable. Not sure about door mat between bedroom & bathroom.

On arrival greeted by reception as if they’d been having a bad day and letting it show. Hotel is pleasant enough but I don’t expect luxury what I do expect a comfortable bed. My expectations were not met here. Easily the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Mattress must have been 20 years old. I resorted to pulling out the sofa bed at 2am it was that bad. Better but not a great alternative. Maybe I got unlucky.

My first time staying here and I was not disappointed. There was ample parking along with a lovely beer garden area with good seating and water features. The entrance is a little dimly lit but gives way to tasteful décor and a welcoming reception area as well as a bar. The lady on reception was warm and friendly. My room was on the ground floor which was fortuitous as the sole elevator was not working. The room was really nice with the bathroom providing the piece de resistance with the underheated tile floor which was a first for me. The walk-in shower was amazing and quite therapeutic. They had a 24 hour fitness facility which was quite basic but had enough for a cardio session but couldn't provide a weights workout. They had a couple of work stations although the pec deck was out of order, a good array of dumbells and 2 benches. Unfortunately both of these were flat benches which limited exercises so an adjustable bench would really add value to the stay. A number of dining options both fast food and restaurant were within a 10 minute walk from the hotel which was a great convenience. A great night's sleep followed by a decent cooked breakfast ended a very decent stay where just a couple of improvements would inspire a 5 star rating.
