No air con and room was boiling hot They did provide a fan the next day which was good

Beautiful refurbished room. Spacious bathroom. Fridge was helpful. Blackout blind I loved. Air con was a life saver during the heat wave.. The reception smelt absolutely amazing! If you could tell me what the smell was I would love it for my own house. TV had so many channels. Best stay in a while.

Very accessible for both public transport and restaurants/takeaways. Hotel was well lit and provides lift to support those with mobility difficulties.

Værelset var ikke klar til tiden. Der var ingen håndsæbe på badeværelset. Ingen morgenmad selvom det står at det er en del af opholdet. Der var kun rengøring en dag ud af de 4 dage vi var der og de tog kun to håndklæder ud af seks stk, men gav os ikke nogle nye. Der var revner i væggene og under vasken på badeværelset og gardinerne hang løst. Ingen aircondition på værelset, men en blæser som ikke gjorde den store forskel.

It’s was a really good hotel for our stay near our son. Beds comfortable, room clean and staff very friendly. Will definitely use again.

The room was okay, a little tired but worth the money.

員工基本上態度親切。浴室很新，很乾淨。整間房間沒半隻蟲子，能睡的很安心。缺點：地毯真的太舊了，脫線，脫毛，看起來很不舒服，跟網路上的照片不一樣。很多燈泡都壞掉了，員工說也沒新的燈泡可以更換。門口的座位晚上在經營抽大煙的生意，感覺很令人害怕。

Courteous and very friendly staff. The room was clean.

The hotel was fine, shower was a bit grubby and had cracks in the tiling but was otherwise adequate for sleeping

Terrible

The outside of the hotel did not look like the photo on here however, the reception and the rooms were really clean and modern. The Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The room itself was bright and clean. There was even a fridge so we could get some milk for coffee. The only downside was a lack of teaspoons in the room for making a drink. There were plenty of shops nearby and it’s on a good tfl route. The parking was very limited but luckily we were able to park on a nearby street as it was a weekend, otherwise the surrounding streets are all permit holders only. The beds weren’t particularly comfy but manageable for one or two nights. Lovely stay though, thank you.

Room a bit in need of some upgrading. Couple of screws in wall above bed that can cause damage if get caught on them. Staff all so friendly especially Syed ( hopefully spelt correctly). Will hopefully be back again as all in all a lovely place to stay

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at Wembley, the pictures looked great and the reviews were okay however when we got into the room, it was like staying in a hostel, a small double bed, a very old fridge and fan on the floor, a tiny cupboard on the floor which had 1 hanger in and the bathroom also wasn’t great. When we returned to the hotel around 11:30pm there were large groups of men at the front of the property smoking shisha pipes, I found this very scary and uncomfortable, the locks on our room door were also broken so I had to put a chair under the door handle, luckily I was staying here with my boyfriend but if it was a group of girls I would have been very worried. It’s a cheap hotel but I would recommend sadly based on my experience.
