We were given key for a room that was occupied already. The second room had some stains in the pillows we ask for extra ones. The ac cover was dirty. Beds were comfortable, area was quiet and well located. Breakfast was good and hotel in general well kept.

Very friendly staff

Our stay was the last night of a long road trip. The staff at check in was super nice. After a long day I appreciated the fire pit on the patio overlooking the hills. Got a great night's sleep topped off by a good breakfast!

Excellent experience

We had a very pleasant overnight stay in this newer looking hotel. It was in a convenient location. There arelimited dining options nearby. Beautiful porch where we enjoyed an evening sunset and breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was fine, typical buffet.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved the outside sitting area with fire and tables Only thing that could be better is in the bathroom since the toilets are low, they could use a bar on the wall to assist in getting up especially for older people.

Great place to stay for the price

The hotel room carpet is filthy. I took a shower, walked in the room barefoot, then walked to the shower again and my feet were so dirty that they left brown footprints in the wet shower. The rest of the room was very clean otherwise. The housekeepers did a great job and the front desk staff were all friendly.

All surfaces were clean, but the floor needed to be mopped.

Very friendly staff

Had a very nice stay. To me, what stood out was the patio area in the back. Nice area with some seating and an overlook of Huntington. Staff was friendly and attentive and hotel was nice, breakfast was great. The only problem I had was the door to my room sticking a bit.

Very reliable hotel

The staff makes this hotel. They were friendly and helpful both at the deskand in the breakfast room. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff, especially Kayla, were awesome. The rest of the hotel has much to be desired. The lobby bathroom was a mess both days we were there and our room was dirty and out of things such towels, bath soap, conditioner, etc.

this hotel seems a bit poorly maintained. However, it is quiet, the bed was comfortable. What really made this stay outstanding was the excellent front desk lady. She could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The lady working at the front desk wasn't friendly at all. I saw her interaction with other customers she was the same way with everybody. She didn't greet anybody when they came in. She was doing her friend's hair in the breakfast area for several hours. It was nasty she had hair all over the floor. as customers would come in she would go check them in and go straight back to doing hair. I thought this was a hotel not a beauty salon. However the gentleman at the desk the next morning was great. our air went out in the middle of the night. They couldn't have anybody to fix it till Monday so he gave us another room. It delayed our plans that morning but at least we had airThat night.
