Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. Third time there was different staff and they gave us a new room right away. AC was there also very bad, like from the 1970's? Nice to wake up all sweaty.. Only consierge was nice and breakfast the only thing that was as promised.
