本館和洋室でした、広くとても静かで落ち着いた空間で、ゆっくりできた ロビーラウンジも椅子の配置や質感が良く広く雰囲気が素晴らしい スタッフの方々は、きめ細やかな心配りが好感を持ち、また利用したいと思いました 泉質はしっとり、大浴場も良い

部屋の広さは良かった。部屋に温泉が着いていたのはとてもよかった。 食事は見た目は良いが、味が今ひとつだった。 スタッフは、良かった。

家庭旅行,一行14人,安排在主樓同一層,非常滿意,環境舒適,溫泉水亦非常乾淨,台前服務亦好好,晚餐也很豐富,晚上七點後排還有免費飲料,但房間沒有浴室就比較不方便了.

周りにコンビニなどがなかったので、到着後にしまったと思いました。必要なものは予め購入した上で宿に持ち込むべきでした。事前にアナウンスしておいて貰えていたら良かったのにと感じています。

スタッフがフレンドリーで居心地が良かったです。子供も楽しんでいました。大満足です

ㄧ進入大廳就聞到檜木香氣很舒適，但地毯有損壞卻沒有更換。房間寬敞乾淨。家庭浴池的淋浴間很骯髒老舊，上一位使用完也無員工打掃整理。

깨끗하고 힐링되는 곳입니다 부모님 모시고 효도 여행하신다면 추천합니다 산책 할수 있는곳도 잘되어 있고 야외온천도 좋아요

朝食も個室でよかった。 平日金曜日だったからか、大浴場もほとんど貸切のような感じで、ゆっくり入れて、癒されました。 両親との初めての家族旅行で大満足でした。 ぜひまたいきたいです！

조용하고, 온천도 좋았습니다. 다만, 시설이 신식은 아니나 전반적으로 깨끗하게 유지하려 노력하고 있습니다.

The resort offers an outstanding onsen experience! The on-site dining was also excellent. Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

スタッフは、外国人でしたが皆さん親切で笑顔で対応していただき、気持ち良く過ごせました。 食事も個室で料理も美味しかったです。 また、行きたくなる旅館でした。

It is perfect for the price. The room is great, the food is great, and the hot spring is great. It will also give you free access to a private family hotspring.

住宿的家庭房很大，很乾淨，膳食一流，晚上還有免費的自助酒吧，室外溫泉360度的風景😍

Beautiful Ryokan with very friendly and helpful service. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis). Our group had no issues accessing the private family baths which we preferred. The family onsen was MUCH larger than expected. The dressing room was spacious as well. We enjoyed both in the evening and morning before checkout. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. Public baths were also clean and beautiful. The meals were also a great experience (both Dinner and Breakfast). They were able to accommodate our group of 9 into a large room and went above and beyond to communicate/explain all the dishes which were all beautifully and deliciously prepared. The view outside was amazing as the Ryokan sat on top of a hill looking down to the town. It's a bit of a walk down to the shopping area (bit over 15 mins) but this meant this location was very quiet and serene. We loved it and would recommend to anyone.
