Rooms were nice and clean and so was the entire property on the inside. The area was a little rough with several homeless people around, and an apartment building next to the hotel was very questionable with people outside all the time.

A lot of stains throughout the room.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. When We called the front desk for shower gel, as we there wasn’t any in our shower, I felt like we were bothering her. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Lots of homeless people around the property.

Very nice hotel. some of the furniture was a bit beat up but overall condition good. Only complaint is that there was no toilet paper stocked in our bathroom.

Decent hotel. Connected to venue which is why we was there. But no breakfast and high priced

Great access to ford center for a concert!

The best part about this hotel for me was not having to stand stand in the long line me to get into the concert at the Ford Center. You just walk through the breeze way and show your ticket and you are in.

Hotel was excellent for convenience to the Ford Center but our check-in was delayed for over an hour from the 3 pm posted time. Staff was not equppied to handle the volume of folks arriving and did a poor job of communicating with us

Front desk person rude and NOT helpful

Enjoyed our stay very much. It was convenient to the Old National Event Center and the restaurant had great service and food.

We accidentally booked for the wrong night (1 day later) and when we called to change the date they said there were no rooms for that night and cancellation was not allowed. I really don't understand how when an honest mistake is caught 5 minutes after you make it that the hotel cannot credit or refund. Hotels was not helpful as they just deferred to the booked hotel.

It was unique that the Hotel has a bridge that connects to the Ford Center Aren across the street

Food less than average…

I went in my room sheets was dirty went in the bathroom pubic hairs all in the bathroom floor from a previous guest very dusty

The biggest complaint for us is that every door is always locked and then the gates are down closing off the parking garage and you cannot get in easily to even check in!! That needs a solution otherwise we always like staying because it is within walking distance to concerts and shows!

Great stay near the Ford Center!

The hotel was nice and very convenient to the venue next door. However, our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5:15 when check in was at 3. We had to get into our room to get ready for a 7pm concert. The staff acted like could care less. They didn’t even apologize and could give us an idea when the room would be ready.
