It’s a nice hotel but it’s over priced for the jail cell sized rooms

The best hotel room and experience EVER. The concierge team was phenomenal. They greeted me and my mom as soon as we stepped in the doorway and did everything to assist us during our 7 night stay in the St. Anne duplex. The team called cabs, directed us to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and the best walking directions to popular sites in the area. The Louvre Museum was a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The neighborhood was so safe and walkable. The room made you feel so comfortable. It provided space and separation for us. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the amenities fantastic. The bedding was unbelievable, the most comfortable mattress other than my own, and the pillows were great too. This will be my hotel anytime I return to Paris and I will plan my trip around the St. Anne Room. The surrounding restaurants were great with variety and take away options.

Perfect location

I stayed here 6 years ago and was impressed. I was worried I might be disappointed this trip due to time, but the experience was even better this trip. I will come back again and recommend as staff is superb and the location doesn’t get better.

Lovely duplex room for family

The entire hotel was beautiful and well decorated. It was very clean and kept neat and tidy. The staff was all very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is definitely worth paying to be included as there are many tasty options and the staff were very helpful to ensure we had what we asked for available. If we were to come to Paris again, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay here. Pool area was beautiful! Rooms were a bit tight but you are in older building. We had everything we needed! Excellent breakfast and plenty of food options all within walking distance as well grocery stores. The Louve was a 15 min walk and then another 15 to the French quarter. Staff were great! We would stay again!!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris. Elegant rooms, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. A complimentary goûter is a nice touch. Staying at this hotel made a wonderful trip even more special. The perfect choice for us.

Small rooms. poor breakfast options location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast buffet was top notch. We will certainly come back our next time in Paris.

清潔かつ価格の割には広めの客室で、スッタフもとても親切なホテルです。オペラ座やルーブル美術館から近いため何をするにしても便利で、周辺には日本関連店舗が数多くあるため日本人旅行客にはおすすめのホテルです。

Hotellet levde virkelig opp til forventningene og vi ble tatt veldig godt i mot da vi kom og ellers under hele oppholdet. Personalet var svært hjelpsomme, hyggelig og service innstilte. Rommet var perfekt størrelse for to, deilig seng og flott innredet. God skapplass og god gulvplass- noe som ikke er så vanlig i Paris. Frokosten gav oss en perfekt start på dagen og hotellet ligger bare 3 minutter fra nærmeste metro. Hotellet ligger i et område hvor det føles trygt å gå ute på kvelden. Det er et livlig område uten å føles masete. Kort vei til gode restauranter, shopping og alt annet man ønsker seg i Paris. Håper å komme tilbake snart.

The staff is amazing ! Santiago , is so knowledgeable! Excellent communication in English and Spanish ! Polite , curtioys and knowledgeable! Fernando the chef is a great cook ! Breakfasts are awesome for a boytique hitel ! The pool us amazing , be sure to book a private sesion at evenings. Facilities , are goid . The hotel goes the extra mile. I forget but the lady who speaks gave great recommendations! Will return fir sure. Walking dustance to major atteactions in the Opera Districr ( louvre , etc )
