Incredible area, hotel is amazing and classy. Had an amazing time for a 3 night stay. Room was small and comfortable. Fortunately we only had one carry on bag, so we can maneuver around. We didn’t have breakfast from the hotel, thought it was too much and didn’t want to stuff ourself’s for breakfast buffet. Had breakfast options from other nearby restaurants instead.

All first class, staff, premises, location, breakfast attention to detail. Will be back for sure...

This hotel is more for vacation than business. there was music in the lobby all the time and my room was facing the lobby (patio interno) the pillows are hard - the mattress is hard - the food okay - I was not really impressed with anything.

The hotel is very charming and the staff is wonderful!!

The property is in such great location that is very convenient and also safe to walk around the area, however with regards to the staff at the hotel...they really need to work on their level of service and attention to guests as it is very poor. I must say that we got the proper service level by only two guys of the entire staff we run into(Jaime and Ken). The rest is just not up to their standards of service. When we arrived to do the check-in there were about 4 or 5 guys who could have helped with our bags, but none of them feel bothered to even look at us. The front desk people didn't introduce themselves and just handed over the keys to our room with very little care and attention. It is a shame that such a nice hotel in a pristine location of the city is run so poorly.

There is piano or background music playing 24 hours a day, which makes it very difficult to sleep. Every morning, live music begins as early as 8:00 a.m. For this reason, I will not be returning.

This property has a beautiful lobby and that’s it . The rooms are tiny and basic . The towels were old and thin as paper . The toilet needed to be replaced . The bathroom renovation was poorly done . The linen was stale ! Just a NO NEVER AGAIN !! Also when I checked in no one offered to help with my luggage.

The property is in an excellent location literally in the middle of everything! The food was good and room service was fast. There are a few minor maintenance issues they need to address and i think a premium room should come with a balcony. But i would recommend it if you want to explore the area and enjoy food in the area as well

The hotel is in a great location in old-town, within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The facility is in great shape, clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay in Panama City, great breakfast. It is in walking distance of a lot of interesting places and shops.

The hotel is beautiful and historic so it is unique. The food was decent. The staff were nice but sometimes had difficulty communicating due to language barriers They do have a great location in town

The music in the hotel, it's location couldn't be better in Casco Viejo. iIt's a beautiful classic hotel with a lovely lobby, modern rooms and bathrooms.

Excellent Hotel. Centrally located in the Casco Viejo / Historic District of Panama City. Pianist or Cellist in the lobby most days - - so nice soft live music. Didn't try the hotel restaurant because there are so many interesting restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Only partial negative is thin walls - so you do here stuff of the adjacent rooms
