We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it because it was quiet and comfortable. Last night was the opposite. Our room had a shared door with the room beside us and the people and their children were unbelievably loud until past midnight. I called the front desk twice and it didn’t change anything. I could hear their entire very loud conversations from my bed and their children running and screaming. We will be finding elsewhere to stay in the future, not much sense in paying $200 for a room to sleep when you cannot sleep.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Edmonton-West. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—lots of tasty options to choose from. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Amazing 5 star free breakfast! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Exceptional staff- very friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, a few room quirks prevented a 5 star review of the property - the frosted glass bathroom door, lack of bathroom fan and squeaky beds were all underwhelming. The rooms are incredibly spacious! And water pressure and hot water top notch. But if you have an adjoining room- it is LOUD.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and enjoyed it! Staff are helpful and friendly . Check out was done right from our cell phone so was great. Things I did not like: went to book for a date in sept-25 rooms were bumped up to 800.00 . That is plain crazy! Was very disappointing to say the least!

Our stay here was excellent and comfortable. Room was spacious, swimming pool was optimal sized and breakfast was really good. Staff was very good and courteous. Prices were optimal.

Good place for family trip the only inconvenience is the bed both beds were not comfortable at all the sofa bed was, we all woke up with back pain after all 3 nights unfortunately. You could feel the spring and hear the noise of the metal in it when you move the pillow was non existent😳

The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and secure knowing that unless you are a guest at the hotel, you cannot access the elevator unless you have a room key. The room was clean and quiet, very comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Convenient location makes it easy to get around Edmonton quickly. Comfortable and quiet, spacious rooms. Pool area is well kept and enjoyable.
