작은 강 바로 옆이라 경치도 좋고 욕장도 있어서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 직원들도 친절했어요. 저녁은 종류와 양이 조금 적고 간이 쎄긴 했습니다(가리지않고 다 먹으면 배부르긴 해요) 온천은 규모가 작은 편입니다(프라이빗은 2인용, 보통은 4인이면 꽉차요) 전체적으로 한 번 쉬긴 좋았던것 같아요.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had a private onsen for our family, which was a big hit with our daughters. The men's public onsen was very quiet, in multiple visits I did not encounter another guest.

I booked the top room with in-room bath and expected a great roykan experience. I was sorely disappointed. The bath room wall has visible black mould. The wooden towel rack was old and almost blacken with mould. Faucet and show head has seen better days and stained. The toilet was dark and lighted by a small bulb. You cannot do your business properly. The frontdesk staff were mostly foreigners. You won't get the Japanese experience and hospitality. My only compliment is for the lovely Japanese lady who served out dinner. As the hotel was fully booked, not alternate room was possible, partial refund was rejected, cleaning was not possible as it requires major repaint or washdown. It was so horrible I checked out and move to another hotel. Basically, I was ripped off for the room cost. Note: this is a 90+ year old traditional hotel. Whilst I can accept old design, bad hygiene is unacceptable.

Amazing staff, looked after so well. Perfect room for a more restful stay. Onsen was great, could book a free private onsen for my wife and I. If your not up for sharing with others and want privacy. Amazing food, so much and variety. Well worth doing

Great place to stay while visiting as its a 5 min walk to their shopping street and train station, and the ryokan was very spacious compared to others I stayed in. The in room meals were excellent as was the staff service. And the onsens comfortably spacious as well. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and refreshing that I spent as much time there as possible. I would definitely stay there again.

スタッフの方が丁寧に接客をしてくれて、とても満足出来る宿泊になりました。 温泉も、サウナも良かったし、部屋での食事も美味しかったです。また行きたいです。

非常傳統的日式房子，已經有百年歷史，維持的算乾淨。房間沒有浴室，但可以預約私人泡湯半小時，其他時間可以使用大浴場泡溫泉。早晚餐在房間裏吃，東西不鹹好吃。整個住宿經驗非常日式，西方人很多來住，推薦想體驗傳統日式料理飯店的人。

Amazing meal. Large room.

Room was clean and comfortable, private bath was very relaxing. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.

Quite spacious and the staff were very helpful and professional. But there was no Mountain View from our room and the sleeping room smelled a bit funky

Bon établissement, bien placé par rapport à la gare de Yumoto accessible à pied. Chambre avec onsen privé très agréable. Très bon accueil, personnel charmant. Dîner et petit déjeuner japonais servis en chambre.

This place is over 100 years old and because of that, it has its quirks but I think it adds character to the ryokan experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The kaiseki dinner was delicious but it was a lot of food. We had to request to serve us one less meal so we didn’t waste too much. The service and ambiance was great. The onsens were a perfect touch to end our days. We would definitely stay here again!

Belle expérience mais déçu par rapport au rapport qualité prix. La chambre était très bien, dans son jus, mais le prix me semble un peu élevé comparé à ce qui est proposé. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans un hôtel de rendement, le service rapide, qui tourne beaucoup pour servir tout le monde les uns après les autres. Personnel très gentil.

Great ryokan experience!

Amazing stay, the hotel room itself was beautiful and so clean, comfortable and spacious. The onsens were also super nice, we booked a room with a private onsen and it was very serene, clean and water was very hot (in a good way!), but they also had multiple other options including a public one for each gender for hotel patrons only which was not crowded at all, a private one that didn’t require booking (in case of tattoos or privacy), and another private one that you could book a time slot at front desk. What really blew us away was the dinner and breakfast sets and the service. It was amazing meals and service was impeccable. I wish I could stay longer just to experience the meals again! Overall very peaceful, relaxing, and great stay that is great for those who want a spa experience and delicious meals on top. Beds were also comfortable, traditional futon mats with clean linens and blankets set up already.

The room was spacious with great amenities.

料理、日本人の仲居さんのサービス、温泉は大変良かった。部屋が暗いのと、階上に宿泊している子どもの足音がうるさかったのがマイナスポイント。

Everything was perfect! Room and other amenities are clean and great services. And traditional ryokan dinner was fantastic!!!! That was a good lecture for my daughter studying culinary arts. The private bathtub is enough to take a good rest. I'll visit again.
