The location doesn't look terrific on a map but it's actually very convenient. The American University area has lots of restaurants. The hotel is walkable to the Mediterranean and to downtown.

I reserve the suite for 3 adults and they charged me for one extra guest , !!!! very rude staff , ! the entire suite is old and need remodeling ..

Very continently locates for AUB and it’s medical facilities.

For my first visit to Beirut, this is a great place to explore and get into the swing of this city. Quieter but close to much, large apartment style rooms with a sense of space. Ask for a room with a balcony and make sure you use the rooftop pool, even just for a quick plunge at the end of the day.

Very clean rooms catered with excellent staff - we were made to feel at home right from the beginning. Location is fantastic. Only area they can address is the lack of fresh breakfast.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier vivant et central (Hamra). Situé dan un rue tranquille. Les gens à l'accueil sont gentils et attentionnés. Il y a une piscine sur le toit qui est fort apprécié lorsqu'il fait très chaud l'été. Les chambres/studio sont assez grandes et équipées correctement. Il ya son des bons points associés à cerre hôtel. Du côté des moins, le service de ménage laisse à désirer. Il faut soibent courir après eux pour avoir des choese qu'elles ont oubliées. L'ameublement est un peu spartiate et la chambre de bain est petite est aurait besoin d'amour. La piscine est petite et manque d'entretien. Il manwue souvent de serviette et de chaise où s'étendre. Les petits déjeuners sont horribles (peu de variiété, ne changent jamais, manquent rapidement de certains choix. etc.).

Good location. Helpful reception. Breakfast limited and rather boring. Roof top pool unavailable.

I do not like that some people accompanied with animals which caused a little bit noise

It's nice, practical, pleasant and well located...the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds and sheets are great but the shower is shaby and some finishings could be improved....it's over all good and price:quality is ok...I recommend it...

If this is your budget. This is where you want to stay. They are a two room apartment with kitchenette. Will stay again
