Brilliant location, we were visiting the o2 and it worked really well. Train station is close by if arriving by train. Comfortable bed, clean and breakfast included was a bonus

The hotel looks grand from the outside and the staff were very pleasant. My room was comfortable, but felt dated and, although not a major issue for me, the signal for the TV kept breaking up. The restaurant was bright and airy, serving a very good choice of food and the waiting team were excellent and attentive in the evening. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as everyone appeared at the same time, but good choices available. Parking was tight, so would recommend arriving early to get a space.

Fantastic location - easy to get in and out of London area. Very nice restaurant, reasonably priced meals. Nice big clean rooms.

In the usual suite but mattress needs replacing.

If you want to experience a little bit of England’s countryside but still be close to London this is the place. It is located in a cozy village and close to trains and buses. The breakfast was fantastic! The downside I can think of was that there was no shampoo or shower cream provided in the rooms. We did not ask for it either. But, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t mind a little bit of transport to the city and who enjoys a quieter location.

Hotel is right across from a beautiful park area with a lovely church. Well connected by bus. Breakfast was included. And very good. With wonderful table settings. Staff very friendly. Overall very pleasant stay Only thing to note, parking is tight, and limited We got lucky and found the old last spot. If not have to find parking elsewhere

The TV from the next bedroom could very clearly be heard through the walls as we went into our room that night. We had to bang on the wall and luckily they turned it down slightly so with ear plugs in we did sleep. We were woken early 5am by pigeons on our wall outside despite pigeon deterrents in place.

Couldn't find a car space in car park - 2.00pm booking in time

Have stayed numerous times lovely hotel and all the staff are brilliant.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Very good breakfast. Excellent location - just 15 mins by train to central London.

I had a room with a lovely view across the heath. The room was immaculate and comfortable. It was a very warm night, and I was glad for the fan and managed to stay cool. In the morning, I opened the window to let in cooler air and went out for a run. And on my return, a pigeon had taken up residence and was sitting on my bed! I mentioned this at reception on checkout, and the young lady was uninterested—such a shame, as the total lack of engagement tainted the whole stay.

Single night stay. Very comfortable bed. Thr room and bathroom are a little dated with a real key to open the door but was very nice. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was excellent ......with a fabulous pot of tea. Serving staff were brilliant. Parking available onsite was a great feature too

This is the 4th time staying at the Clarendon Hotel and once again it was excellent. From the booking in at reception all the staff throughout our stay were amazing. The cleaning of our room 171 was done daily to high standard, the staff in the restaurant were always helpful as were all the hotel staff, 10 out 10 for all the staff.
