Wonderful location, close to major roads and easy to get into the city proper. Ana was very helpful and friendly with any questions we had. She does work full time in addition to being a host so sometimes we would have to wait for her to respond to us. Property was awesome. Very clean and tidy. Secure, gated property. We felt very safe. Only downside was the hosts’ dog barks a lot when in their yard which is directly behind the property.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Casa Villa Garden over our New Years vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Being centrally located, it made it very convenient for exploring both sides of the island and never being too far from the house. It was also an easy 10 minute drive into downtown, where we'd go out in the evening. The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6. The upstairs master bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. There was a gorgeous formal dining room and comfortable living room, too, however, we spent most of our time gathered around the kitchen table or out in the beautiful garden lounging in the hammocks. The owners were easy to work with, and were very helpful with any questions we had. All in all, it was a perfect vacation to the Azores and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
