Excellent quirky property. location is perfect with easy access to medina as well as the other tourist areas. Slightly difficult to get to as it is in the very centre. the room was amazing with great decor. AC didnt work well so was a bit hot.

My receptionist, upon checking in, asked me if he could join me in my room, as a solo female traveller, I've never felt so unsafe upon my first foray into the country. I barely slept and left as soon as I could the next day. When checking out, they tried to double charge me. Breakfast was mid at best - be on your guard here.

AC was never on. Apparently it is only turned on May 20th and later. Wifi didn’t reach the room so had to use Data.

A nicely decorated hotel, certainly not luxury but lovely. My room wasn't great, no balcony as advertised, the view was another wall and smell coming in from the restaurant downstairs. Despite it all, the real luxury in this hotel are the people working there, everyone, from the porter to the reception guys to the breakfast lady, were so nice and considerate that made my stay the best I could have. I felt safe and taken care of, which is something you want when solo travelling. Thanks Royal Victoria!

Staff is nice, room is basic. Not the cleanest, but it is fine for a night stay. It is close to the airport and in the middle of the capital

A cama precisa melhorar. O colchão era todo torto . Equipe ótima. Nós deram um quarto às 9 da manhã mesmo o check in sendo às 15hrs.

Staff was so nice and helpful

The customer service was the worst ever one that I have experienced so far in my life. The front desk was so unprofessional and was behaving us like thieves. He was so rude and aggressive. I do not go back to this hotel and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The customer service was terrible. The way the front desk behaved us was like catching a thief. The front desk should first get trained how to talk with customers and start working. They behaved us so aggressively, so we decided not to stay the night there and left. And stayed the other left night somewhere else since we felt offended and unsecure

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Royal Victoria (6 nuits au total). La localisation est vraiment idéale, au pied de la médina et proche de tout à pied. L’hôtel est très calme la nuit, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de visites. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, à l’écoute et très réactif, toujours prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Seul petit bémol : la porte de l’ascenseur qui claque à chaque entrée et sortie, ce qui peut être un peu gênant selon la chambre. Hormis ce détail, nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel.
